What I do when I start to get hungry usually after dinner and once I start fasting is watch food asmr. Ideally you should watch an overweight or obese person eat a bunch of food and say "That's what I look like when I eat". If you can't find one like that, find any one where they eat a bunch of food and try to criticize every little thing. Say "They chew too fast and shovel food into their mouth, that's what I do when I eat", or "They eat too fast, just like a pig. That's what I do too". Saying that and focusing on the sounds they make while eating really turns you off.
