No matter what company you work for, it’s always important that the employees get along and are able to work well together. Of course it can’t be expected that all co-workers become best friends – and that probably isn’t even ideal – but it should be expected that they get along. Having a team night once a month outside of normal office duties gives co-workers the chance to bond outside of work and as a result work better together. People who get along with their co-workers are generally more likely to enjoy their jobs.
