Feeling the tightness on her neck would then cause Veloce to have difficulty in breathing, but since they’re currently locked in intimacy, said feeling seems… thrilling to her, and thus, would go along with Blackbird gently choking her, along with the fact that she knows the other knows what she’s doing.

She’s pretty surprised the other hadn’t punched her in the face yet, to get free of her grip. Yet this merely showed to Blackbird that Veloce had a lot of trust in her, hence why she tightened her grip on the other’s throat, making sure not to crush the white-haired gal’s throat-pipe by accident.

Such grip would promptly make Veloce respond with a choked out gasp, and, instead, she would put her hands over to Blackbird’s shoulders, just to support herself in case she starts to feel lightheaded from the lack of oxygen. “Bl...a...ck...” She managed to muttered out, not out of protest, but out of trust.

Veloce didn’t respond with words, because by the time Blackbird started cuddling her, she would then decide to do the same, and act out her response to her thanking her, by kissing her yet again in the lips, this time, at a longer duration than earlier.

Blackbird kissed right back, hugging the other tighter and deciding to wrap the long ends of her scarf around the other’s throat, and before long, began to gently choke Veloce. She kept good on her promise to test out some kinks on the white-haired gal.

A sigh and a deadpan would simply be her response by the time Mikayla did that, because gee. That’s probably something Blackbird would do. But alas, at least there’s still some left in the container, and hence, she remained watching the archangel, simply waiting for her to finally be done.

Hours passed and the Seraphim was then sitting on a pile of tired corpses. “So my dear, they told they will behave, and I trust that you will guide them to a path of freedom?” The dark haired said with a small smile as she then hummed in dellight

“I get that they will finally set things right, and all, but me leading them? No.” She bluntly stated. “That is their own volition. That, and I am no queen.” And there’s no way that she can imagine herself in such position. “And since they got a good beating from you, they wouldn’t even need my guidance to set things right.”

Well, Veloce just shrugged and decided to simply watch in silence at this point, all while popping open her container, drinking the Lacrima-laced liquor. She’ll say what she has to say later. But for now, she’d simply watch Mikayla do her stuff.

“Woah! Is that thing yummy?” Mikayla got the luxury to move towards the other and snatch a small sip before she got back to her little infinite hoarde mode as she was more than willing to win them all down to fatigue. Or perhaps, the dark haired was just pissed with her older sister and wanted to hit at something ‘bad’

“Oh. That thing…” She stated, all while indeed staring where the Rose had pointed. There weren’t enough words to describe what she had seen, but alas, she can already tell that this beast within the Rose is a rather powerful entity. Or perhaps said beast is also a deity, too.

“Huh. Peachy. Very well, if ya can indeed unlock it for me, then that would be greatly appreciated.”

“It’s a neat thing, innit?” She snickered, as Destruction didn’t like being referred to as thing constantly. “Either way or another–” Ruby’s palm grew crimson for a second, before she slammed it into the other’s gut. Veloce began glowing a unnatural green, with Ruby continuing. “–There we go.”

Well, it happened so quickly, so Veloce didn’t know how to react. But yeah, when the palm was slammed to her gut, she would grunt in the suddenness of it, and as soon as the process was done, she could already feel her Aura being unlocked. “... Well, this feels... natural.”

“Basically, you’re immune to magic, then.” Just like Blackbird, apparently, somehow, at least on the immunity part “Albeit, you are prohibited on using it, yourself.” And soon, she would start saying “Ah, I see. If that’s the case, how does one unlock their Aura around these parts? Does one have to perform something specific, or do a specific set amount of things?”

“In a literal nutshell, yes.” She gave a nod to the other and added with a grin. “I could try, don’t get me wrong, but the beast within really doesn’t like it.” And if Veloce stared at where Ruby pointed, she could see an allusion of Destruction itself, terrifying to even the strongest of outer gods.

“I could unlock it for you. It’d be a simple process and you’d have more protection from there on.”

At least she heard those words coming from Blackbird, which would then be a form of assurance that she won’t feel betrayed. And thus, she would suddenly kiss the assassin on the lips, which would last for several seconds, before she would eventually say “I love you too.”

“Thank you.” She smiled and decided to hug the other a bit, but for now merely decided to begin cuddling the other, pressing her bust against that of the other.

“Ah, but seriously, though. You’re the one being ironic here, and you know it.” Was her serious response now. “And didn’t you just said earlier that you won’t kill any, promise it even? I even reminded you once that there shouldn’t be any casualties, yet you’re currently slaughtering quite the number there, already.”

“They are all breathing still” THe woman said out with a small smile as she then would heal them all once they were on the verge of death. “And if you all desire to fight me, I ve all the time to make you experience death once more~ Or, you can obey my demands.”

She had to laugh uncharacteristically due to Mikayla’s response. “Isn’t it ironic that you, someone who willingly forgoes clothing for a power boost, get all flustered when you’re being called out that you’re almost hardly wearing anything, at all?” She stated, in a teasing manner.

Gee, Blackbird has probably rubbed off on her a bit now.

“If you keep that big mouth, I will fight you after” Mikayla cried out seriously as she was then ready to blast them all off of existance but then continued to simply slay them one by one with normal weapons.

“Ah, but seriously, though. You’re the one being ironic here, and you know it.” Was her serious response now. “And didn’t you just said earlier that you won’t kill any, promise it even? I even reminded you once that there shouldn’t be any casualties, yet you’re currently slaughtering quite the number there, already.”

“So, almost being naked boosts your powers?” Seems that Veloce would hardly understand the logic of that for the time being. Soon after, she would say “Well? Ya need some help in fighting them? Because you seemingly have some trouble in doing so.”

“I am fine! I just don’t need you flusttering me!” THe woman would cry out as she then started to get more, and more agressive and faster with the others that had fallen severely wounded.

She had to laugh uncharacteristically due to Mikayla’s response. “Isn’t it ironic that you, someone who willingly forgoes clothing for a power boost, get all flustered when you’re being called out that you’re almost hardly wearing anything, at all?” She stated, in a teasing manner.

“Sound plan.” She remarked. Well, she did something similar against the King of Kronzel and his lackeys back then, which was effective for said king to leave her alone, so this plan of Mikayla would probably work. “… But why the rather… odd choice of battle clothing, though…?” Ah, she shouldn’t question it, but alas, she did.

“It boosts my powers! And also is easier to move” Mikayla cried out as she was then being attacked with the waves of soldiers coming to her. “Just…. don’t… Well, is a cool outfit!” She said while she tried her best to focus on fighting.

But alas, I don’t know if a Carciphona like me could have Aura, as our souls are infected with Demon essence.”  And then she would add “I can do both free-form Elemental Magic, and Demon Magic, which was because I spent most of my earlier years mastering such.” That, and as a Visrin, learning to master such is a walk in the park for her, too.

“Impressive. I can’t use any magic myself, as any magic used on me, or by me, gets pulverized by the Relic of Destruction I have on my person.” She chuckled at that, rather salty that she couldn’t use magic in any-case. “Nonetheless, your Aura still can be unlocked. Instead of being human in nature, it will be both human and demonic in nature then.”

“Basically, you’re immune to magic, then.” Just like Blackbird, apparently, somehow, at least on the immunity part “Albeit, you are prohibited on using it, yourself.” And soon, she would start saying “Ah, I see. “I see. And since they are associated with the seasons, then they get the Elemental Magic corresponding to that season, then.” And she would give the Rose a nod, saying “Indeed. One could say that the world is truly unpredictable. You can never read it like a book.”

“Still, however, the fact that only four individuals can use magic in this place sure is interesting.”

“The rest of them use Aura, which is kinda like a–” She explained Aura shortly in a frame of five minutes. “You can have it too, as long as you have a soul. Either way, what kinda magic can you use?”

“I see. But alas, I don’t know if a Carciphona like me could have Aura, as our souls are infected with Demon essence.”  And then she would add “I can do both free-form Elemental Magic, and Demon Magic, which was because I spent most of my earlier years mastering such.” That, and as a Visrin, learning to master such is a walk in the park for her, too.

From where I came from, only Beast Humans are able to use Elemental Magic, with a few exceptions.” With Veloce being an exception to that rule, as she can use both Elemental and Demon/Common Magic. “Hmm, also, only the four of them? What, is there like some sort of Prohibition going on here, too?”

“In our world there are things called Maidens. They go with the four seasons, Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall. Only four of them exist at the same time and if one of them dies, they pass it onto the last female they thought off, or randomly. It’s weird really, but the world works in strange ways, does it not?”

“I see. And since they are associated with the seasons, then they get the Elemental Magic corresponding to that season, then.” And she would give the Rose a nod, saying “Indeed. One could say that the world is truly unpredictable. You can never read it like a book.”

“Huh. That’s the same reason why the Prohibition began, in the first place.” She said to herself in a murmur. Not because of magic, but because of Blackbird, which is ironic, because they made a rule to ban common magic all because of an assassin that’s immune to magic. “Alas, do as you wish. Just don’t kill them.” This was her second time reminding Mikayla, but alas, just in case she forgets.

“I will put them on the verge of death and then heal them. They need to listen that breaks on free will are not nice ~” The woman said out with a small chuckle as she then would transform to her battle form.

“… Faunus?” The terminology was new for Veloce, so of course she was confused for a moment. “I’m guessing that they, too, are a species that has animal features?” And then the talk about forms come to play. “That means you have at least more than one form, then.” Was her conclusion.

“Exactly, but unlike where you come from.” Ruby concluded and held up four fingers. “Only four humans on this planet are able to use magic. Even then, it’s only related to the elements and not too strong.”

“Heh. Me being a masochist? Well, who knows?” Was that her way of teasing Blackbird? Probably. And that’s a good thing, too, seeing that she’s starting to open up to the assassin even more now. “Well, if you do love inflicting pain on me, I should make it clear that there is but one that’s off limits. Just don’t hurt me by betrayal, alright?” Well, that’s her speaking from experience, of course.

“Heaven’s no, I don’t like betrayal and I meant more or less physical pain.” She pointed out and gently tapped the other on the left cheek. “I don’t have any reason to betray you at all.” Blackbird stated with conviction clearly heard in her voice. “Love you.”
