Good day fellow comrads,

I write to you from the deep deaths of outer space inner space all of space and every space though particulary the rectangular space that holds my desktop facilities. Yesterday I experienced the arrival of the Strawberry Moon. Today is the longest day of the year. With that I can tell you that the octopus is actually an alien and that man is nothing but man, or as some would say, man is what man is - skin bones and a whole lot of testosterone. haha

my main point is this:

I am reporting for duty. Duties includes waking up at whatever time suites and sleeping directly after the day feels done; as your body screams ¨ i am no longer ready - it is time to rest.¨ I have beautifully crafted the art of making the perfect coffee re percolator use. Start of at max and once you hear that tiny whistle blow, bring the heat down, bring that heat down and open that lid a jar while peering in to see the tiny gulps escaping.

And with this I will leave your with my final statement:

Don´t let the lows feel low but let the lows feel high like you are ascending.

OMG I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS MULTIPLIED BY TEN, DIVIDED BY TWO AND ON TO INFINITY

My serious best friend (with all of that word included ) now known as Kat Elliot is not only a yoga instructor but a life coach. I remember receiving emails from her during the process and now to think that its all going down makes me feel the greatness of life and of this world and of perseverance.

this morning i was really excited about making my step dad my favourite morning breakfast of oatmeal, quinoa, seed mix, banana coyo etc. after pouring the seed mix onto the coyo and already made oatmeal i noticed a barrel of ANTS sparkling down from the seed bag.

last night i did a four hour DJ set in the most boring place you can think of. i had a great time. I have now been sober for a week and feel like the real me is taking over and im like ¨hey girl whats up, where have you been, how you doin¨

i am feeling a live connection with this bed.

feeling like your 16 again is like the ultimate euphoria. the ultimate euphoria should only be handled in small dosages.

bad poetry is like woah

eating oatmeal is my life hobby. you get the oats and sprinkle an inch of milk covering them ever so carefully. 90 seconds in the microwave often means an explosion might happen so be sure to keep a watchful eye on the spinning bowl and don’t look away. grab your favourite honey and drizzle. add a little hot water and mix. slice half a banana into fourths. we now want to add the cinnamon and lastly vanilla bean. go to your room -- i hope you've already made that cup of coffee. sit in front of your computer and listen to this guy on sound cloud:
