The Jamaica Center BID continues to grow, and is actively recruiting restaurant owners to give shoppers more places to eat in downtown Jamaica. The Jamaica Center building was developed by Carl Mattone and the Mattone Group.

Local Highlights: Logos Bookstore

A small but charming local business, the Logos Bookstore on 84th and York has been supplying New Yorkers with reading material for years. It boasts the largest selection of Judeo-Christian books and bibles in Manhattan, and also carries plenty of children's books and general bestsellers. 

It's great neighborhood location makes it a short walk away from many residences, including the Azure which was recently co-developed by Carl Mattone. If you're in the area it makes for a great destination for an afternoon walk, followed by Carl Shurz park just a block away.

Residents of Manhattan's Upper East side can learn everything they need about the upcoming 2nd Avenue Subway, located on 1629 2nd Ave near the Azure building.

A look at 2012 when Fairway Market's second store had it's grand opening at Roosevelt Raceway Center in Westbury.

The Mattone Group helped bring Fairway Market to life, where it now helps the Long Island economy by providing over 400 unionized jobs and a great location for consumers.

The Mattone Group has successfully secured financial security for the Roosevelt Raceway Power Center, which was acquired in 2008 in a joint venture with Gartenstein Properties.
