It’s been a hectic couple weeks and months, and I feel like I’m literally buried in boxes, but I can finally say I’m no longer living in a hotel room.
@lycanjude
You’re making me blush.
Experience tells me that I can do a lot more than make you blush, beautiful.~
Would you rather go down on your partner or have them go down on you?
I generally keep that aspect of my life private, but I suppose there’s no harm in answering this question. It’s not as though I’m embarrassed by the answer or anything: I’d rather go down on my partner.
There’s just something... addictive about the noises he makes and the way he can’t help but come undone as he loses himself in the pleasure, until he can barely remember his name.
And, even if it’s temporary, his insecurities about his body. There will be a day when he looks at himself and sees himself in the same way as I do. Beautiful.

I honestly have to no clue as why it can’t be considered normal, guess we’d have to ask the general public. I most certainly agree with you though, sometimes people prefer the comfort of home while others would rather carefully select the social situations they involve themselves in.
So why not focus on doing what you’re most comfortable with and not base your decision on what some random person might consider “normal”? Honestly? Normal is subjective in this instance, so there’s really no right or wrong choice here. I know I’ve been fairly quiet myself lately, but it seems to me a lot of people are avoiding social situations these days.
Well, it’s that night of the week where you’re left wondering whether you should try to go out on the town like a normal person or stay inside where it’s warm and watch A Goofy Movie, embracing your nerd side all the while. Decisions, decisions.
I don’t see why it can’t be considered normal to stay in and watch a movie. Some people are homebodies, or they’re just not good in social situations and would rather stay at home instead of going out.
Favorite thing you've dressed up as?
Now that’s a little tricky to answer but... I think I’d have to go with Captain Hook. Just because he’s so different from myself and the whole point of dressing up, for Halloween at least, is to be someone other than yourself.
Would you rather dunk for apples or carve a jack-lantern?
As much fun as it is dunking for apples, I’d rather carve a jack-o-lantern. Especially if I’m carving it with someone else.
Name your least favorite sexual experience
It was at a bar where I may have had a bit more to drink than I could tolerate and I ended up being a bit… spontaneous, for me, and I decided to get a little friendly with this guy I was dancing with throughout the night.
Long story short? We ended up in the bathroom and well… that was the night I confirmed the fact I was not an exhibitionist.
wiccankurt:
I think it’s affected me for the best though, because I actually like getting up a bit earlier now? It’s nice to be the first one up, to have everything still be quiet and relaxing- it’s a great way to start a day.
How have you been, by the way? We haven’t spoken in a while.
It certainly sounds like it’s affected you for the better. So, personally, I would have to guess that it has. Otherwise you’re good at making the best out of a negative situation.
It has been a while hasn’t it? I’ve been a little busy lately, but not bad otherwise. How about you?
thehunterclarington:
There’s a big chance I haven’t seen many of you, so did you all have a good Halloween and what did you dress up as? The curiosity is real.
I was in New York for the past week, so I would hope you haven’t seen me around.
As for Halloween, mine wasn’t all that eventful, but it wasn’t bad. As for dressing up, I went somewhat cliche and dressed up as a vampire.
wiccankurt:
The time change seriously messed with me and I was up and out of bed before eight am. The extra hour made me pretty productive in the kitchen though, so if anyone likes banana bread, I’m your man~. Especially since the weather’s pretty nice out, so I definitely plan on going for a walk today anyways.
I think the time change messes with everyone at first, but at least you made the most out of the extra time you had.
Attempting to cook is a serious mission on it’s own, the things you do for people that you care for. Let’s hope I don’t poison him and I don’t end up single because of it.
Go with something you know how to cook. It may end up not being super fancy, but it doesn’t take away from the fact you put the thought and effort into it.
feeling bold 🌃 self-para
If either of the two people who knew what Carter was were to ask what made him post the photo of himself with his fangs extended, he would have shrugged and told them that he didn’t know. Mainly because he didn’t know what made him do it. Bravery? Boldness? Stupidity? He could have gone on with the possibilities and still not be sure of the reason. Ever since Carter had woken up and realized he was a vampire, the young man was always so careful about keeping it a secret. The photo he posted was a bold move, even if it was Halloween weekend and he was using the excuse he was playing around with costume ideas as a cover-up.
Carter looked at the photo he posted on the dash once again, his fangs still extended. He slowly ran his tongue along the length of them as his gaze shifted toward his window to look out at the night sky. He’d been spending so much time inside lately, or it felt like it anyways, and he was starting to feel claustrophobic. He knew it was the ‘normal thing’ to do with everything happening in town, but Carter wasn’t normal. He didn’t have the same weaknesses as the human population in town. His primary weakness was the sun and that kept him from going out during the day when it was “safer”.
The vampire pushed the thoughts of what was considered safe and unsafe from his mind as he slid his phone and room key into his pocket. He then headed out of his hotel room, locking it behind him, before making his way toward and through the main entrance of the hotel and into the night. It may not be considered the “smart” thing to do, but Carter couldn't even bring himself to care. He’d been feeling out of sorts and off-kilter for the past few days, maybe longer, and Carter was hoping a run would help him to clear his head, or at the very least tire him out so he could sleep properly later.
He moved quickly, but with human speed, along the sidewalk until he came to the forest. It was already after two in the morning, so Carter only looked around the surrounding area before bolting into the trees at vampire speed. It was late and he was hoping people were smart enough that they wouldn’t be roaming around in the forest at this hour.
The wind blew through Carter’s hair and over his face as he maneuvered through the trees and bushes inside the forest. He had no true destination in mind and was literally running to run, weaving in and around trees and bushes as he circled around the forest at random. Carter didn’t allow himself to think or worry about anything, but what he could see and hear there in the forest; the sound of the wind whipping past him, the pounding of his feet as they ran across the ground, the leaves and sticks crunching and breaking beneath him as he ran over them, and even the occasional sounds of the forest wildlife mixed in.
Soon, it was like nothing else existed and he was simply running on autopilot; around a bush, under a low-hanging branch, over the root above the ground, and so on. Carter hadn’t even realized he’d been tense until he felt it physically leaving his body. The vampire ran for practically twenty minutes before he jumped up and onto a tree branch just a few feet above his head. Carter knew he would have easily fallen out of the tree if he had been human, but he made the landing with ease and moved easily along the length of it until he could take a seat against the trunk.
The vampire couldn’t explain it, but he felt more free tonight than he had in months. He wasn’t apprehensive about the photo he’d posted earlier that night, the idea of someone catching him while he was out running, and anything else that had been on his mind lately. He knew he’d have to figure things out at some point, but it felt nice to have a few minutes where he could pretend like everything was fine.
It's far from an original costume but I think I might actually be able to pull off the vampire look for Halloween.

That’s some sappy shit, man, but good for you.
I know it is, but I can’t help that my boyfriend brings out the sappy side of me.
