"Me too!" She agreed in a cheery tone. Samara hadn’t been doing much of anything but school, besides getting over Anthony. "I’ve just been trying to be more social. Oh, and I got my own place it’s pretty cute too." She told him.
"What! Really? That's great Sam! I'm happy for you, you definitely have got to show me your place some time." He said excitedly, "More social eh? Have you only been hanging out with your sister or something?"
"Rumors huh?" Alicia tilted her head to match Carter. Her activities over the last few weeks hadn’t exactly been kosher so she was trying to work out with rumors about her would be actual rumor worthy and more importantly worthy enough to bring the queries of a friend she hadn’t spoken with in months. "Go ahead. Quite frankly I want to know what they’re saying about me these days."
"Well...Meredith for starters. I'm not exactly sure what happened, or pretend to know what happened, but I am thoroughly interested in what did." He said with a chuckle, "I'm not here to chew you out or anything, I just want to be filled in with things, since I haven't really been here much...with my friend passing, Kim leaving me, me leaving for brazil, there's a lot that I have missed..." Carter sighed and took another drink. "And I don't think theres anyone better to ask other than the town shrink am I right?"
Alicia took another sip of her drink in sync with Carter. “I heard about Kim leaving, I didn’t really know her but from what I hear she seemed nice.” Alicia thought that was an adequate input considering she didn’t understand why the girl was so important. “I’ve been good.” She replied with a small smile. It had been a heck of a long time since they had last had a conversation. “I seem to recall our last conversation being about drugs. Or am I mistaken?”
"Yes, actually more specifically, weed." He said tilting his head and glass, "Although I wanted to talk to you about something, I've...been hearing a few rumors going around town and I wanted to see if they were true or not, or...well if you could just enlighten me, because they do sound quite ridiculous and may seem like an exaggeration, but what do I know right?"
“You try? It seemed natural to me.” Cassidy responded, matching his smirk. A small smile formed on her lips at the roar of the engine. Being raised around males all her life, there were many typically considered ‘male’ things she was into and cars was definitely one of them. “Why so many cars?” She asked, curiously. Granted, she was looking forward to seeing the cars, but why did they have so many? When he speed his car up, she smirked and shook her head. “We should race sometime. I guarantee I can kick your ass.”
"Well why not?" He responded almost immediately, "My family had many cars passed down, as well as buying new ones, that now are just gathering dust in the garage, but I'm sure majority of them all still work." He continued up the road past a line of trees and up a hill, his house was only a few meters ahead, "Are you 100% sure? Cause I might just take you up on that challenge, and you can't cry once you lose alright?" He raised an eye brow trying to see if he could get a little rise out of her.
Catching Up. Mandy & Carter
"This is true" Mandy replied giving a reassuring smile "Though some break ups to require ice cream as a very useful healing tool. We should get some later, My treat" Mandy added trying to help cheer him up.
"You know what, that sounds great." He said with a big smile, "I'm pretty tough though, I think I'll be able to manage, especially with all my friends around, and now that you're here, I'm sure I can keep my mind occupied."
"Cynthia." She said, shaking his hand.
"Wow, pretty name to a pretty face." Carter responded with a friendly tone, "So what do you do for a living? If you don't mind me asking?"

"Yes! I’m asking you if he’s a werewolf but it’s not like I want to ask! Do you really think I want to imagine Seth of all people - who’s bad enough as is!!! - With big-bad-wolf canines and a hell of a temper to boot??” She blurted out, her anxiety becoming obvious. Upon realizing how it sounded Meredith shook her head quickly, splaying one hand to stop Carter before he could reply.
"Listen… I may not love the guy but I don’t want to rat him out either. It’s just…" She was scared, that’s what it was although she didn’t want to admit it. “Well, for starters, how much do you know about his breakup with Sofia?”
"Well let me ask you this...if it acts like a fish, does that mean its a fish?" Carter put his hands on her shoulders, seeing as she begun to act very anxious as well as he could smell the stress she was going through, "I only know a little but I don't know the whole thing...truth be told, Seth and I haven't spoken in awhile and I honestly don't know what he has been going through." Carter had found himself in quite the pickle...asking if Seth was a werewolf...there was no way he could tell her the truth, no matter how much of a best friend she was, it wasn't his place to tell her, let alone tell her someone else secret. "Mer, that's just Seth, he's...rough..." Carter knew that wasn't a good enough explanation for Meredith, but that was all he could come up with.

I-uh...what? That's quite a question, well I barely know either of them but I'm learning new things everyday and that's nice.

Cassidy’s interest perked. “Really? I can’t wait to see what you have.” She replied, a smile on her face. As they neared his car, she examined it. It was a nice car, admittedly. “Porsche, nice.” When he opened the door, she was taken aback. She wasn’t used to the politeness. “Such a gentleman.” She remarked, getting into the car. “I wouldn’t mind you showing me.” Her eyes roamed the interior of the car. The color scheme he had worked for the car. It definitely made it better. “So, how many cars do you have?”
"I do try my best." Carter said with a playful smirk, after he had gotten inside of the car he turned the key and with a loud roar the car had begun to run, he drove towards his house. "I have a lot...if anything theres just a big ol' garage filled with some priceless cars, ranging from a 1960 Rolls Royce SIlver Cloud to brand new Ferrari's. So theres a car for pretty much anyone that has a certain taste in cars." Carter decided to go a little faster and show Cassidy just what his car can do.
"Both really. I need some good shots for my portfolio yes, but I’m also just having fun." Samara smiled. When something stood out to her she’d take her camera out and take shots till she was satisfied. "And judging by the shots I got today, I have to say my professor will be very pleased."
"Awesome! I'm glad I was able to help you out in any sort of way." Carter walked away from the statue and stood in front of Samara, "So what have you been up to lately then? Other than taking pictures and doing school?"
Confession: Looks like both parts of the dio is into the same girl. Poor Cassidy, she’s in for a ride with both Carter and Seth.

"No problem." Alicia smiled as she shuffled around the kitchen making the drink for her friend. "So how’s it going these days, Carter?" She chirped as she slid the drink over to him.
Carter caught the drink and immediately took a sip, "Well doc, I've been decent, ever since Kim left I was feeling a bit down but I'm doing a lot better. Started seeing other people and what not, getting my mind off by drinking." He chuckled, "What about you? We haven't had the chance to speak in awhile."
Oh yeah it’s totally a Tuck everlasting tale.
It wouldn't surprise me! Especially with all the weird things in this town...

"It’s a fair question, Carter." Meredith countered, frowning at how he was choosing to give an answer (or rather lack thereof) to her question. She sighed, not knowing how to answer his own question either though.
"I just… I ran into him a few days ago and… I don’t- I don’t know… He said some things that freaked me out. And got me thinking." She admitted, walking further into Carter’s room and taking a seat on his bed.
"You're asking me if one my best friend is a werewolf, so of course I'm going to ask why you would assume something like that, you know?" Carter sat down beside Meredith, "Well tell me what happened, because if he's doing some stupid things I will need to talk to him..." Carter tensed up, seeing as how he knew how Seth had a temper but usually he was able to keep a lid on it, so as not to reveal their secret to anyone that has an eye on them.
"Depends on what they are I guess. I’m more into cars than I am mansions. I can assure you I’m definitely not like anyone else." Cassidy tossed her hair behind her shoulder, flashing him a smile. "Mystery’s can be fun. Besides, I wouldn’t be as intriguing if I wasn’t."
"Oh? If cars are your thing, I have quite a few cars in the garage." Carter continued on walking towards his car which was a black and red 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo, "I couldn't agree more." He said with a smile before opening the passenger door for her, "If you'd like to take a look at the other cars at my house I wouldn't mind showing you."
