Taking the key from his father and watching as the driver of the car pulled out their luggage one by one, Landon took two of his own before walking up to Carter, the two men who rode with her on the other side of the car. “We’re sharing a room,” he said quietly, licking his lips with a smile on his face as he showed her the key. He was acting like a high school boy right now, just ridiculously happy at the fact the he and his girlfriend could share a room. It was a disappointment he couldn’t publicly show his affection for the girl, but they both understood that his father would strongly be against it and the media would have a throwing fit. Speak of the devil, there were a couple paparazzi in front of their new soon to be flat, snapping shots of his father as he cooly addressed the people. Landon couldn’t imagine himself being in that position anytime soon. “Get your luggage and meet me in front of the elevator, I’ll wait for you, yeah?” He reached for her hand gave it a small squeeze before smiling and taking his luggage, walking away to the lobby of the apartment.
The brunette heard the sound of luggage's getting pulled out, she briefly turned around to spot her two suitcases there. Thank god she had bought some with wheels or else she'd had to carry both of them and for a small figure like her, it was almost impossible. Carter looked up as soon as she heard Landons words, her eyes slightly widened for a moment as a small twinkle in her eye appeared, a smile tugging at the corners of her lip. "Are you serious?" She whispered, being unable to believe it. Oh god, what if this was a test? What if Mr. Wayne knows and was testing the both of them if they could handle it professionally? Her stomach twisted in a knot as she nodded at Landon's words, a smile appearing on her lips as he gave her hand a squeeze. The brunette walked over to her suitcases, clicking the handle open so she could pull them behind her as she made her way inside. As soon as she spotted Landon, she walked towards him. This experience could either go uphill or completely downhill. She certainly hoped for the best.
