Sometimes I see videos of people optimizing their weapons and strategies, or taking a Slaughterspine down in three hits or less and I honestly don't get it that much. (Clearly those videos aren't made for me and everyone has fun in different ways, so I am not shitting on anyone here) For me the fun in these games is weaving through the machines, having to evade and aim while in movement and stuff.

Regarding the whole "Aloy is annoyed whenever she sees Travis appear anywhere" I wonder if that is some displaced resentment, because of HADES, which honestly would be a beautiful character flaw (not sure if it's actually a flaw, honestly, but you know for the conversation's sake I am calling it that)

And I wonder if she would have a similar reaction to Margo, because of HEPHAESTUS

then again, it may just be that she doesn't vibe with Travis character, which honestly, fair 😂

part of me almost wishes there was a time line in wich The Ceo survived.

Not because I think he deserves redemption, but because it would kind of interest me to see how a character like he would deal with his entire existence - self proclaimed as it may be - being ripped out from underneath him.

I know we as a Fandom talked about this back in 2022 so nothing here will be a new insight

But replaying Faro's Tomb has once again reminded me, how incredibly fitting and disgusting it is that he has two corruptors guarding the entrance to his "inner sanctum"

For every single person on earth these machines meant death, they meant distruction, the eradication of life in its entirety.

For everyone except for Ted Faro.

Despite everything, despite word for word being told that these machines cause total extinction, Ted up to the very end saw them as a sign of his own grandeur. His own success.

It is perfectly in character for a man with a god complex like him, and it's disgusting and perfect and I love and hate everything about it!
