Long time, no see// Closed RP: Alaric and Casden
Casden nodded, his brain finally back up and processing Alaric’s words at full speed again. He bit his lip and sighed, “Yes, I understand completely Alaric,” he said. Alaric was right, as a suitor, he would naturally be close to the King, which would make getting “information” (though what kind, he wasn’t exactly sure about) a lot easier. Casden agreed, he wanted what was best for his country as well. “I see,” he said finally, leaning back in his chair with another sigh, his coffee on the table long forgotten.
Alaric leaned back in his chair and looked at his cousin for a long moment, without talking. He knew it was a lot he was asking for. With a little sigh he ran his hand trough his hair and glanced down on the others coffee. “You don’t have to decide on the spot. Take your time. I just thought you should know about what is going on…” Alarig hesitated for a moment. “I met the king once… and it wasn’t a really good time for him. I know I should serve king and country… but when my king bumps into he in full heat in the middle of the streets. I’m not sure if that is really the king I want to support”
Casden sighed and rubbed his eyes for a few moments. It all made sense to him, but he really didn't know if he could do it. Grayson really was a fantastic leader, he was positive about that. And yes, sure, he was an Omega. But there were many sucessful Omega's that delt with their heats and didn't let the heat's define who they were or what they did.
He looked up at Alaric, surprised, "You met the King? When, how?" He asked curiously as he sat up straighter in his chair. He bit his lip at Alaric's words. "It probably wasn't his fault," Casden muttered to himself, closing his eyes as he felt his frustration bubbling.
