I'm a huge MJ fan and also believe he was completely innocent, but since you always give great details in your replies i'm curious to know what you have to say in the case against him?
The claims were completely factitious and began when Michael Jackson refused to buy a house for Jordan Chandler’s father, Evan. He became enraged and got a lawyer and made up claims (clearly none of which were true). Jordan’s mother and Evan’s ex-wife, June, even backed Michael Jackson and said his claims were false, as did Carrie Fischer in her book “Shockaholic.” Evan was known to brag about the claims he had fabricated against Michael.
Michael’s lawyers advised him to pay a settlement which would save him going to court etc and he complied. That in itself is proof of his innocence. If somebody had abused your child, you would NOT let them get away with it. People caught wind of this and then more claims came in with the hopes of receiving money from Michael. The majority of those that put in claims against Michael had seedy pasts - one was a welfare fraud, one was a drug dealer and one had received multiple settlements.
After the claims from Evan Chandler, Michael refused to pay settlements to these people accusing him. He went to court and was acquitted of all claims against him. After this, the other accusers began to drop like flies because they knew they would be caught out talking shit, like Janet Arvizo was. She was caught out lying and Michael was acquitted.
Furthermore, he was analysed by psychologists and was found to not have any predatory characteristics. He was described as a “regressed ten-year-old” which is why he was fond of children. He had his childhood stolen from him and he saw children as more genuine and trustworthy than adults. All of the other children he spent time with said that nothing sexual EVER happened - Machauly Culkin, Emmanuel Lewis, Donald Trump’s kids, for example, all said he was innocent. Everyone that lost a case against Michael Jackson went completely silent. Again, if your child was abused and you lost the case, you wouldn’t just go silent.
Michael Jackson was railroaded by the media - they only cared about his so-called fall from grace and didn’t give a shit when he was acquitted. They knew what sold and threw him under the bus. It’s such a sad case.
