“Are ya okay? Do ya need medical attention?” Chase asks, a look of concern flickering across his face. “It’ll be alright, jus’ look at me. Let’s get outta here, okay?”
Cassian had found himself on the floor, a pain subsiding in the back of his skull. Screaming – that’s all he heard behind an overwhelming ringing in his ears. He opened his eyes to see a man kneeling in front of him – someone he didn’t know. He concentrated on his mouth to make out what he was saying – sense he couldn’t hear for shit. Cassian pulled himself to a sitting position to see a mass of people running around him, frantically searching for the nearest exit. What the hell? Cassian nodded slowly and accepted the man’s help. He was standing up when he slowly started to make out what just happened.
Cassidy. Where’s Cassidy? He mumbled a quick thank you to the valiant man who offered him help – it looks like Cassian had slipped on a spilt drink and his head on the ground. Panic started to arise in the pit of his stomach before he clutched the arm of the man in front of him. “I’m fine – but I’ve got to find my sister.”
