Another One Is Coming!!!

Charlotte clutched the metal bars of the wheelchair as she was rolled slowly down the long corridor. The uneasiness was mounting again between her thighs. She was panting rapidly hoping there was a room available in the labor ward on arrival. She could hear the nurse telling her to remain calm but the painful pressure was constantly present. Charlotte didn't know how much longer she could endure the intensity of surges.

Luckily, there was a private room waiting for her. The staff were waiting to prep Charlotte. After a brief examination, it was established she was further along than expected. The head doctor pulled back the sheets and lifted Charlotte's shaking thighs into stirrups. He told the delivery staff that there was no time to move her. She was ready to push and push hard.

"I can feel another one! Please! I need to push!" Charlotte was unsettled against the birthing table as her patience failed her. She needed to get the huge head forward as soon as possible.

The delivery doctor adjusted his mask and secured his gloves as he positioned himself at the end of the table.

"Charlotte, you are ready! The baby is ready. The enormous head is very low and already visible. Another contraction is coming now. I need a gigantic push for this massive crown. Hard pushing, Charlotte! Hard and long!"

Charlotte cried out as the delivery doctor felt for the head. She felt all the pressure explode as the contraction strongly. She pushed without direction. She bore down with loud, long grunting efforts.

"I can feel it! It....is.....so.....big! Ahhhhhhhhhh! IT....IS....SO.....HUGE! I need to.......push! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! GET IT OUT! OH THE PAIN!"

The immense crown pounded forward with her strenuous efforts. Charlotte could feel the full sensation of the entire crown stretching her so widely. Panting and pushing, she frantically tried to control her efforts. But it was coming so fast!

"IT IS COMING! CANT STOP IT! NEED TO PUSH!"

Charlotte yelled out as the intensity of the contractions slammed into her without mercy. The head doctor ordered all necessary equipment for delivery.

"She is birthing. It is huge but it is coming fast. Prepare all equipment. This baby is coming right now!"

Charlotte's cries filled the private suite for the next half an hour as she grunted and roared wildly as her baby's tremendous head forced her painfully open. Charlotte trembled and pushed with all her strength and determination.

"Another one is coming, Charlotte. Push with all of your strength. There is more crown birthing right now."

"Please.......oh oh oh oh........get it out........oh oh oh oh.......make it come........can't take it............! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! NO! GET IT OUT OF ME!"

The crown stretched unnaturally wider at this point as Charlotte howled out the top of her lungs. She thrashed against the pillows and wildly pushed and screamed at the same time......

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! No No No! This is not right! The pain! It hurts! Too much! GET IT OUT! NOW! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The delivery doctor supported the humongous crown as more and more of it slipped downwards and through Charlotte's opening. He nodded and encouraged Charlotte to do whatever the urges needed from her.

"I have the baby! Don't fight the need to push and birth this baby. Don't hold back Charlotte!"

Roaring louder and longer, Charlotte lost all sense of control as her body erupted into an uncontrollable birth routine. She screamed between unbridled pushing exertions. She could feel the entire head filling, pressing and pounding down and through her entrance. The blinding pain was excruciatingly unimaginable.....

"Come on Charlotte! This baby wants to be born! You can do this! This is one colossal sized baby. Keep going! Birthing is painful but it is also rewarding...Keep pushing. If it takes more time, endure and gather your strength. Big babies are the most challenging!"

You are in a deep squat, rocking slowly from side to side. The mounting pressure is pulsating deep in your pregnant core. Your moaning is low and painfully echoing off the walls of the dimly lite suite. Rubbing your aching belly, the surge continues to twist and spread through your entire lower body. Your breathing comes more unsteady as you pant and moan louder and longer. Fully focused on the task at hand, you blow in and out, trying to stay calm and ready for the urge to bear down.

The pulsing rhythm of the contraction sharpens. Breathing faster with the increased pace, you pant and groan deeply as more cramping pain takes hold of your labouring frame. You squeeze your eyes close and blow rapidly as the harrowing torture rises stronger, longer and harder. Trembling, your whole body's quakes with the pressure of the unstoppable pang. The wave raises up and crushes you on one powerful motion.

You cry out and grunt down, breaking and pushing against the tremendous agony between your thighs. You push, strain and scream all at the same time as you feel the gigantic crown squeeze firmly between your red hot opening.

"Ahhhhh! Oh oh oh oh oh! Ahhhhhh! Oh oh oh oh! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"Thats it, Monica! Push into the incredible pressure. Feel it forcing this huge head through you as you give birth! You want this! You want to feel it all. Natural birthing! The fullness! The heaviness! Push and give birth!"

Place To Deliver

Susan leant back against the pillows and breathed in deeply. She rubbed her huge core as the painful cramps rose in strength. She squeezed her eyes closed and tried to focus. Breathing helped for a short duration until the pressure doubled between her legs. The mother to be continued to massage her aching belly. She could feel the tightening of her full womb as the mounting contraction twisted and throbbed down the birth canal. Clutching the sheets, Susan panted rhythmically as the rising pain continued to power towards its next peak.

The midwife entered the room with a large porcelain bowl of steaming water and set in down on the side table. She knew the contractions were coming stronger and closer together now. The hot water would be useful for reducing the pain of early crowning. She took note of Susan's laboring breaths and hurried to her side.

"Is there another one building? Just keep breathing. Just like your present efforts. You are doing so well."

Susan nodded with effort as the midwife wiped her damp face and gently stroked back some wet strands of hair from one of her flushed cheeks. Rapid panting accompanied with soft moaning escaped from Susan as she gripped the midwife's free hand for extra support. The midwife smiled and continued to encourage the laboring woman's focused work. Stroking her gigantic lower body, Susan arched her back as the violent contraction finally peaked. Panic filled her eyes as she looked directly at the midwife for what to do.

"Breath into the pressure! Breath deeply and follow the urge. It is time to bear down hard and with all your strength. The baby wants to begin to crown."

Susan moaned out long and loud, following through with a strenuous grunting push! She bore down, groaning with all her might. The strong exertion sent the pounding pressure through her birth canal, thrusting the massive head forward and down through her folds.

"Oh oh oh oh oh! OOOOOOWWWWWWWWEEEE! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! OH OH OH OH! OH THE PAIN! ITS TOO MUCH!"

Sweating down her brow, Susan tried again, stronger and longer with her next exertion. The baby's head was very heavy and extremely large. The stretching sensation as it was heaved forward through her birth passage was intolerable.

"I am pushing it! I want it out! I want to get it out! OOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEE! GET OUT! THE PAIN! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"

The midwife supported her quivering thighs during her hard work of pushing and attempting to crown the top of the head. A small amount of damp hair was visible as the birthing mother began delirious. The exhausting contraction lasted one torturous minute before it released its brutal strength.

Susan gasped loudly and collapsed back on the soft mountain of pillows, shaking and fighting to regain her composure. The midwife gently covered her legs with her long gown and lowered her legs.

"You did so well! I could see some of the crown with your amazing pushing. You are so strong."

The midwife used the hot steaming water and soft cloths to relieve some mounting pressure forming at her swelling red lips. The crown was filling very slowly with dark, damp hair and a large dome of scalp.

An hour passed and Susan was grunting wildly on her hands and knees, fighting the endless pain as the humongous head forced its way deeper through her tight opening. Groaning with each effort, the present contraction was brutally spreading through her. Rocking back and forward, she could barely keep balanced as she pushed and strained harder and longer.......

"Thats it! Feel the head comes through you, Susan. Your efforts are incredible. Bear down and push with ALL of your strength. This baby wants to be born. It is time to feel the pressure and endure the toll of birthing!"

The midwife spoke with detailed birthing efforts as this is what helped the mother to focus but also to support what kind of birth Susan wanted to experience. She wanted to feel every push, every effort and endure each long, intense contraction. She wanted to be vocal and be in the moment as birth approached with all its intensity and strength.

"I can feel it! I can feel it all! Its so big! SO BIG! SO STRONG! OH THE PAIN! HERE COMES ANOTHER ONE! I HAVE TO PUSH IT!"

Susan was supported by strong hands as her trembling legs shook. The midwife kept a keen eye on the emerging head as the birther yelled out as more of the enormous head powered through her burning entrance. Susan grunted and shouted out as the painful pressure parted her narrow opening to accommodate the largest part of her baby's crown.

"I AM HAVING THIS BABY! IT HURTS! SO MUCH! MUST PUSH IT.......I CANT STOP! I AM ABOUT TO......GIVE BIRTH!"

The midwife nodded at the frantic words as the birthing mother bore down! She yelled to the walls of the birthing chamber as the baby's head began its final birthing journey. Susan cried out, screaming through the most painful sensation. The eruption came without warning. The explosion was brutal, propelling the head fully outwards with a roaring release of energy and strength.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......I AM GIVING BIRTH! IT IS COMING OUT! RIGHT NOW! I AM HAVING THIS BABY! RIGHT NOW! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! THE PAIN! THE PRESSURE! GIVING BIRTH! HURTS SO MUCH!"

Unexpected

David could hear the painful moaning as he climbed along the ridge and down towards the cave's opening. The sounds of heavy panting and sobbing became more pronounced as he entered the glowing space. The cavern was filled with candle light reflecting down over a figure in great distress. Trying to catch her breath, a woman was struggling in the middle of straw bedding, heavily pregnant.

Shocked, she opened her eyes and looked up at him. "Please don't hurt me! I think it's time. The pain came suddenly and I needed to find shelter. Oh the pain!"

Lara frantically took in more ragged breaths of air and moaned loudly as she clutched at her heaving belly. She cried out and without stopping, reached up and grabbed one of his wrists.

"Oh please! Do something! The pain! I can't cope with it!"

David nodded and started to slip off his backpack. He quickly unzipped it and removed different medical items from inside. He could never imagined that his emergency equipment for deliveries would ever be used out in the middle of nowhere.

Lara looked bewildered as the items being spread out next to her. "You are a doctor?" David nodded and smiled. "And I also deliver big babies!"

Lara tried to smile but was shaken by a torturous contraction. She couldn't hold back a horrific scream. David leant forward and asked to check her. When he looked between her legs, the sight was terrifying. The biggest head ever was forcing its way through her tight opening. Much bigger than a normal size and far too large for her narrow entrance. David remained calm and knew that natural pushing was going to be the only way to deliver!

Twenty minutes later, Lara was in the middle of hard pushing. Sweat poured off her face and through her long golden hair.

"Come on Lara, harder! Push into the pressure. It is huge but you need to fight the size and stretching!"

Moaning deeply, she strained down and grunted louder and longer as the enormous crown pounded against her swollen folds. Desperate panting accompanied her strenuous work. Her face was a reflection of sheer determination and agony. Her hands twisted tightly in the warm straw. Her voice throbbed with primal cries of birthing efforts. Her entire body convulsed with the task of giving birth.

An hour passed! The cave was filled with overwhelming desperation. Lara was panting and pushing uncontrollably as the most savage contractions rolled through her without mercy.

"Thats it Lara! Fight the battle! You are crowning it. So close! So close to birthing your large baby. Push down! Push with all your strength!"

Instinct

Deep heavy panting filled the barn as Bianca tried to concentrate on the next strong effort of pushing.

"Ohhhhhhhhhhh! OWWWWWW! Ohhhhhhhhhhhh! OUCH! Pant pant pant pant! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Oh I need to push! Push so hard! AHHHHHHHHHH! OOOOO! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! OOOOOOOOOO! Need to push harder! Need to get it out!"

Rubbing her contracting core vigorously, the worst pain shot through her stretching, tight opening. The most intense sensation filled her entirely as she pushed harder, longer and wilder. The fullness of the monstrous crown sent her into a primal spiral of excruciating torture. The zone between her legs became hot, heavy and agonisingly eruptive. Her body threatened to explode each time a new birthing surge spiked downwards.

Yelling out at the top of her lungs, Bianca's efforts became more frantic and animalistic as the gigantic crown pounded and spread her wider, fuller and more open.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! HURTS! OOOOOOWWWWWEEEEE! PAIN! BURNS! CANT STOP IT! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! MUST PUSH! MUST BIRTH IT! NOWWWWWWWW! MUST PUSHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Peter could hear her cries as he rushed through the court yard towards the barn doors. The glowing lamp light shone onto the pebbled stones at his feet as he pulled the doors opened with panic and determination. Peter raced passed several stalls until he found Bianca laying on straw bedding, pushing and crying without being aware of his arrival.

He dropped to his knees, panting and gently wiped back damp long curls from her wet brow. She immediately gripped his wrist and breathlessly whispered that it was time and it was coming fast.

Bianca screamed and bore down! She was completely desperate to deliver the head now. She squeezed down, roaring as more of the humongous crown throbbed through her splitting entrance. Clutching tighter to his wrist, the man that came her this baby was now her only safe haven. The raging storm of birthing was rocketing through at full force.

Focus

Gripping tighter to the midwives' hands, Amber drew in deep breaths and trembled violently as the huge head filled her throbbing opening.

Pushing down, Amber worked through the hardest stage of the birth. She squeezed through excruciating pain to move the head forward with each new horrific surge.

"Come on Amber, you need to bear down harder and move the baby to a full crown. It is gigantic. Give me another deep breath, hold it and PUSH DOWN!"

Amber shook wildly as she drove down hard over her heavily pregnant core. Sweating profusely, she grunted loudly and strained vigorously through her torture.

"Its too big! Its not coming out! Get it out!"

Suddenly, the strongest contraction spiked. Amber cried out and pushed against it's powerful force.

"Thats it! Do that again, Amber. Big strong pushing. It will move with your strength and determination."

The birthing suite filled with loud grunting efforts followed by wild screams for the next half an hour while the shape between her thighs went from a tear drop to a full round circle.

Rapid panting accompanied by strenuous pushing could be heard as Amber used all her power to bear down and birth the enormous crown through her tight opening. The agonising task was hot, intense work that left her vibrating from to top to toe.

Amber was perspiring constantly as the head finally was ready to explode through her on the last horrific push.

"I can feel it! I am pushing it! Help me! I can't stop it! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! Oh the pain! Oh the terrible pain! Can't do it! Can't stop it! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"

Primal pushing sounds erupted from the mother to be as she lost all control of her ability to remain composed. Amber pushed and yelled and screamed and roared out at the top of her lungs.

"Good girl! Stay focused. It is finally ready to be born. You are a good birther. It will be over very very soon........"

Jewels Of Birth - Ruby

Ruby leaned into her husband, gripping his hands and gasped loudly. She was incredibly close to bringing their first child into the world. The waterfall wss loud in the background. The cavern was cool and well hidden from any strangers finding them at this very private moment. Panting wildly, Ruby arched further into her husband's supporting embrace. The pressure was building swiftly into an incredibly powerful peak. Damp hands and wet hair, Ruby's breathing was heavy with desperate energy. She spread her trembling thighs wider just before the peak was reached. The crest surged forward without warning. Crying out wildly, Ruby bore down without thought. The pumping of the fully crowned head thrusted outwards. Panting vigorously, Ruby fought hard through a long, strenuous push and continued to into a harder one, growling out at the top of her lungs.

"Its coming! I can feel it! I can feel it birthing! Oh darling, I am giving birth!"

Ruby clutched tighter at her husband's hands as she leant forward over her pounding opening, watching the head get bigger and wider with every effort of pain and pressure. Sweating profusely, she had always wanted to birth like this. Ruby was going to enjoy every moment of this primal experience. She had never felt such intense pain, pressure and blissful energy through her womanly core in her entire life.

Throwing her head back, she growled on the next contraction. Ruby was pushing and fighting against the inevitable release of their first born. Agony mixed with pleasurable fullness, the birther bore down and allowed their child to drop further through her body. It was incredible! The pain was agonising but the mounting need for release was intoxicating.........she couldn't wait for the final roaring moment of birth to consume her........!!!

Cora struggled as she climbed into the huge pioneer bed just in time before an extremely strong contraction forced her to push down with a roaring scream. She gripped the clean sheets as her body convulsed and her opening stretched wide for the fast descending crown. She was so lucky she had found somewhere to stop in time. The mansion seemed to appear out of the rainy weather in front of the road. Right now, she didn't question her accommodation. All she could do was push and bear down with her might. The crown was coming fast. Super fast! The pain was all consuming and her need to birth was her present priority.

I wish I could get lost in the middle of nowhere, find a large old mansion and give birth in a huge pioneer bed, yelling so loudly that the entire house vibrates with the strong painful cries of my birthing ordeal.

"Rapid panting and bearing down with hard grunting efforts. AAAAAAAHHHHHH! Grunting longer. GRUNTING LOUDER AND LONGER! I CAN FEEL IT! I CAN FEEL IT COMING!"

"So close now! Its stretching you as wide as possible. You are giving birth to it. Right now! It is birthing. YOU ARE GIVING BIRTH!"

"Frantic breathing and straining with powerful grunting cries followed by louder yelling efforts. I can feel it's head! It is right there! IT IS BIRTHING THROUGH ME! ONE LONG ROARING PUSH!"

Epic

It started low in her core and it spread like a wild fire within hours. Riley's whimpering could be heard throughout the centre. She moaned and breathed heavily at first, coping with an inner strength as her labor grew more intense and powerful. She wanted to do it naturally, feeling every surge as her enormous baby dropped down into the correct birthing position. But as the painful progress rapidly sped up, deep moaning turned to loud cries for help and the need to bear down for relief from the incredible agony.

The medical staff on duty found Riley was ready to push without a long dilation stage. She gripped the sheets on the bed and pushed, grunting wildly as the most ferocious pain pounded down her birth channel. The massively overdue baby filled her birth passage with each savage contraction. Her strenuous labor was not disappointing the staff on hand. Riley yelled out as her body quaked and sweated with each tremendous labor surge. The pains were incredibly intense due to the mega size of the infant squeezing its way to delivery.

Pushing and straining down, Riley's birth noises were both primal and terrifying to hear. The birthing centre had experienced many difficult deliveries. But Riley seemed to be feeling the worst labor pains ever seen in the unit.

Feverish and exhausted, Riley pushed her massively large baby through her narrow passage for hours. Just when she felt the baby was ready to explode, her body would quiver and relent, only to make her bear down ever harder in the next session without much progress.

"Perfect pushing! Its a massively large head! The biggest ever! Poor birthing surrogate. The painful pressure! But the sounds are on a different level!"

Beyond All Limits

Ruth squeezed her eyes shut, desperately trying to fight the intense pressure between her folds. The tension was constant and brutal. She panted heavily and waited impatiently for instructions. She could hear frantic movement surrounding the bed in all directions.

"You are doing so well, Ruth. It will not be long now. The contractions are closer together and more stronger than in the past hour."

Ruth pulled at her night gown and wanted to feel where the bulging head was positioned as the next surge built with power and ferocity. Panting in and out rapidly, the feverish sensation drove down hard inside her channel. As her fumbling fingers brushed against her lips, she gasped with pain and surprise. The dome of the massive crown was pressing outwards against her burning opening.

"Alright Ruth, on the next big contraction, I want to hear strong pushing efforts. I want to hear you working this monstrous crown forward with all your might."

The sharpness of the pain peaked without warning. The throbbing agony expanded as the need to push consumed her thoroughly. The heavy sensation filled as she started to grunt loudly and wildly. The gigantic tip pressed forward and grew enormous at her entrance.

"Harder Ruth! You need to fight the fullness and the size of the emerging head. It is SO LARGE. It needs to come with your determination and strength."

Ruth's grunting efforts become stronger and longer as more of the dome stretched and widened her roundness holding it tightly and firmly in place.

The staff of the birthing suite looked at one another. They knew the truth of just how much work was required to deliver this sized infant. They also loved watching and hearing the wild cries and facial expressions of a woman fully in the depths of hard crowning!

As you spread your legs wider, your breathing becomes more laborious.

You are staring wildly at the ceiling as your panting increases louder and longer.

Your grip is clutching at the pillows as more cold sweat runs through your hair and down your neck.

Moaning turns to cries of agony as you toss and twist against the damp sheets.

Frantic attempts to breath and pant together becomes more intense and out of control.

Painful whimpering accompanied with shout, sharp cries as the painful contractions thump downwards.

"You are doing beautifully! You're so close now. On the next surge, bear down hard and let go completely and PUSH!"

Resting her shaking hand against her massive daughter, Christine could feel her gigantic head filling the space between her thighs. The pressure was coming in uncontrollable waves. Christine could hardly think or breath as the contractions raged through her lower core. The painful force was surging forward with each new pang. Her daughter's crown was pressing against her swelling lips. The incredible size was breathtaking. Christine panted and shook wildly as the need to push was not unstoppable.

"That's it! THAT IS IT! The baby is so close to a full crown. It is fighting! It is fighting hard. Keep your pushing hard and strong! It will be the birthing stage before you know it!"

Breathing in deeply and grunting out loudly, Christine pushed down with the next contraction. With an extra stronger effort, Christine bore down with everything she had to give. Filling the room with loud groaning, she squeezed around the crown and opened her lips wider to accommodate for the tremendously large scalp.

"Good pushing! So close now! Just a little harder and longer. This baby's head is very big. Super big! Extremely big!"

Christine felt the burning sensation of her body stretching snug around the emerging head. As more painful urges exploded, her body was bombarded in a relentless pattern of agonising labor. The racing pace grew unstoppable and unforgivable.

"It is coming! IT IS COMING! You are about to birth the head. Keep pushing. Bear down and fully let go. It is time to give birth. It is time to GIVE BIRTH RIGHT NOW!"

Straining down harder and longer, Christine experienced the overwhelming sensation of complete fullness between her aching folds. The powerful need to expel it took over the laboring mother. She pushed without thought as her baby squeezed through forward to fully erupt outwards into the world.

Long powerful grunting increased to loud straining efforts that exploded into painful screaming cries that filled the entire birthing suite.

"This is the part I told you that you would hate me for telling you to keep pushing. I know you are feeling the worst pain right now but don't stop doing it. It will pass and it will come out! Push your baby out fully. Your daughter is ready! Give birth to her right now!"

One long roaring cry erupted from Christine seconds later followed by more panting and straining in wild, frantic patterns. Another powerful pushing session followed and another and another until it exploded into a million pieces.

The loudest scream that took the medical staff by complete surprise announced the birth of the largest baby for the birthing season. Christine's daughter was the biggest baby so far for this year.

The medical staff were extremely proud of Christine's efforts as they gathered to view the newest baby for the season.

You can feel it coming with every harder contraction. It is an extremely tight fit but it is forcing its way through you. You are pushing against it with all your might. Your trembling body accompanies your yowling cries as the need to bear down completely consumes you.

The three doctors are amazed at your strength.

THE HEAD IS ENORMOUS.

You have wanted a natural delivery despite the size of the infant struggling between your tight opening.

"I am pushing! I can feel it! I can't stop it. The urge is too much! Pushing out this huge baby right now!"

You wanted a natural pushing birth but with medical attention watching you every painful effort. Witnessing the intensity of forcing one gigantic crown through your narrow entrance.

The hot lamps are shining brightly between your damp thighs. The doctors are dressed in dark scrubs and white masks.

Grunting wildly!

Loud long powerful roaring!

You can feel the sudden shift. The powerful intensity is exploding. It is thrusting forward. You can't stop it. You can't stop pushing it. It is coming without stopping now.

"It is fighting me! It pushing out! It is birthing! It is ready to erupt......."

So Much!!!

I had no idea this was going to be this intense. Everyone told me that it would be amazing but I wish I had read more real stories. This is hurting so badly. I am pushing so hard and nothing is working!

"Push Jenny push it down! Harder! This big head is not going to come out without harder efforts!"

I am shaking wildly as I push through the mounting pressure. The enormous crown is just sitting between my legs. It will not shift! I am straining and grunting louder and longer as the pressure throbbed with each new surge. The doctor is encouraging but getting stern because it is not making progress.

"Again! I need you to move this tremendously large head. It is stretching! It will come but you need to push with stronger efforts!"

I am gripping the side bars as I feel the room spinning. I am yelling as the painful pounding seems to be expanding. Something is filling more full, more heavy now. Oh please I want it out!

"Jenny, you are doing it! That's it! Keep fighting! The head is pressing further forward!"

I am pushing harder and longer. I am desperately working against the stretching pressure. I xant take this anymore. The room is filled with my wild laboring noises, almost inhuman as I fight the worst pain of my life.

"Its coming! Its coming right now! More hard efforts!"

I am completely overwhelmed. I am lost to the sheer agony of birthing without any control. I am driven by the unbelievable need to expel this baby out of me. Nothing matters but ending this terrible ordeal.

"Good girl! Keep it going! So close now, just keeping and it will be out so soon!"

I scream at the top of my lungs as the most painful eruption between my thighs brings instant and satisfying release. The gigantic baby is lifted up from between my legs. It is finally out and the pain is over.
