Trust me when I say this becomes unbearable VERY quickly.  The inside becomes quite hot and sweaty as the tape is plasticized and doesn’t let out heat or moisture.  The body rebels against enforced immobility after only two or so hours with ferocious muscle cramps.  And having one’s mouth forced open so wide brings it’s own set of pains to the party.  How do I know all of this?  I was wrapped similarly on a Friday night and spent until Monday morning like this.  The good news was that I was finally released.  The bad?  My body had finally reached the point where it had accepted its “new reality” and the cramping had only stopped a few hours before my release!  But by that time I was sitting in a puddle of my own sweat and, to be honest, getting cut out and unwound from around myself was one of the most painful experiences of my life.
