he's so gentle, constantly pulling back to check you're okay, laughing at your displeased sounds every time his lips leave yours until you pull him back, tugging at his hair. the feeling of your weight in his lap only makes his pulse quicken as your fingers tug at his hair every few seconds.

He finds a way to do this every night until one day he comes home from work to you teary eyed holding the positive test and suddenly something feels right again.

Robert Kennedy for New York is one of the best books on him I’ve read but it makes me so sad:( he was so full of life and plans that never came to light.

I feel it’s one of the best books about him as a person tho it does a good job of really making you feel like you can understand exactly what he’s doing
