This was the last time anything good happened in Atlanta sports!
This town needs a title badly and to do so this season, the Braves will have to improve fast. Kemp out of the lineup has hurt, and our pitchers have to be more consistent. Many positives out of the gate though...Phillips, Freeman, Inciarte, and Colon.

The defense mechanism that got out of proportion with me was projection. Until you see that YOU are your problem and not your parents, you might spin your wheels. My first bout of serious depression was coupled with projection of all the qualities I hated about myself onto others. Especially my parents. My dad was dead so I couldn’t resolve it with him, but I began to blame him and to say to myself that it was he who didn’t love and he who had the problems, when it was me all along.
My ego simply couldn’t take the pain so it deflected it with the defense mechanism of projection. Simple Freudian psychology.
This is my newest blog, Recovery by the Castrologist. I only have an undergraduate Psychology degree, but my experiences through darkness and eventual recovery has led me to start this site. I feel also more qualified than some, and not simply because I read nearly every self-help and religious book in the bookstore during my 22 year battle with depression, addiction, bipolar disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, crippling social anxiety, and a suicide attempt that luckily failed. I am a healthy man and my pain is gone after years of intense psychotherapy and 5 hospitalizations.

Atlanta suffered a crushing defeat, after blowing a 25 point 2nd half lead. The villains, this time, were the tough and resilient Tom Brady and the NE Patriots.
Boston now has 37 major titles. Atlanta has fucking one.
Athletes like Deion put us on the sports map. Titles, save for the Braves in 1995, have been elusive.
Now it is time to focus on March 5th and April 3rd. Opening Days for both the Atlanta United FC, and the Atlanta Braves.

Marijuana saved my ass from a potentially tragic ending. I am not the only one.
You can try, but it is impossible to kill yourself from consuming cannabis. I have been taking pressure off my brain, which is filled with traumatic memories, and great ones too, for about 8 years. It took until I was depressed and consumed with an awful mental and emotional condition that through 5 hospitalizations/rehabs later, I feel recovery has truly occurred, for which I am so thankful.
Getting drunk is fun. Really fun. Takin’ it to the edge with booze is something I have no regrets doing. We all know that cannabis is infinitely less toxic than alcohol, and an accomplishment of mine that is rather huge is having recognized this fact before my health was further adversely affected.
Party on Wayne, just no booze for me. I will only puff the ganja, periodically of course, and for us it should all be done whenever the fuck we deem it positive and responsible to do so!
