Kuroh continued to wear a serious expression as he had his hands upon his hips, listening to the others words. It was obvious that he was here for his own reasons, but Kuroh wasn’t going to say anything about it. There was no point. He was here now that all that mattered was that Shiro didn’t eat his work because it was what he was getting graded on.
The chef had soon lightened his expression as he handed the other his bento, not really minding the fact that he had just given his lunch away. There was something about this deed that made him feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside, but Kuroh wasn’t going to pay much attention to it… He would blush otherwise.
“Really? I thank you for you kind words.” He said to the other. “Or are you just saying that to obtain more food?”
Kuroh actually joked with the last statement, wearing a mischievous smirk as he said it. He knew that Shiro enjoyed his food, and he liked that thought. He enjoyed sharing his food with the other as well, whenever he had the chance to.
┊┊ 🐾 … 今活気のあるシルバーを照らします 🐾 ┊┊
Shiro kept up his smile, though the longer Kuroh stood there with his rather serious look, the quicker Shiro’s smile started to slowly fade. He swallowed and let out a nervous laugh. Maybe Kuroh was a little bit angrier than Shiro had thought. Usually when he gave the other his most saccharine smile, Kuroh would let up and give in to whatever it was Shiro wanted.
Only this time it didn’t seem to be working, at least not until Shiro took the bento from him. He let out a long sigh as Kuroh seemed to stand down and Shiro was simply overjoyed to have some of Kuroh’s delicious cooking out of the way. Taking a bite he looked as though he sparkled.
“Kurohhhhh~” he sighed happily. “Your food really is the best, I’m not just saying that!” Smiling, he took another large gulp of the rice. “I mean...more food would be good too,” he said.
A small blush rose to his cheeks, when he realize Kuroh didn’t seem to be eating. “Kuroh, aren’t you going to eat something?” he asked. “Or did you give all your food to me?!” he gasped and took a scoop of rice on the chopsticks, holding it out to the dark-haired male. “You should have a few bites too.”
Accidents do happen | Honey & Shiro
@casuallysilver
What was supposed to be a perfectly harmless training practice ended up as something completely different. Honey had never meant to hurt the other person. In fact, he wouldn’t dare hurt anyone unless he, or his friends, were threatened.
It was a nice morning when Honey reached the park for some quick exercise to keep his physique maintained. Without any family members in Soleil City, he had slightly - if the boy was being honest with himself then very - neglected one of the biggest rules the Haninozuka family had. No one was there to monitor if he did something other than eat cake, nobody there to challenge the moment he saw them. So naturally he had slacked off and enjoyed his days of lazing around. But now, it was time to get back into shape and make sure he wouldn’t be a dishonour to the family name.
Honey had started off with doing very simple things: stretches, a short 5 kilometer jog to warm up, throwing his favourite shuriken at a tree to test his aim, nothing much. Except, when he started punches and kicks, that was when his misfortune came.
A silver-haired man was walking through the park. Unluckily, Honey hadn’t seen him and had sent a kick straight into that man’s leg. The moment Honey realized that he had hurt another human being, he ran to the other and was already checking for any major injuries.
“Are you okay? I’m so sorry! I’ll do whatever to help you feel better!”
Of course it was a lazy day. Most days for Shiro were lazy. He much preferred to take a walk around outside then to go to class or attempt to study in his dorm room. Grabbing his trusted umbrella, Shiro walked along the path in the park, enjoying the sunshine.
It was then that he felt the large kick against his leg and yelping, he stopped in his track, completely surprised. Sinking to the ground, Shiro sighed heavily and let out a long hiss of air. That had certainly been unexpected and quite the blow. His leg throbbed in pain from where he had been kicked
“Well I definitely wasn’t expecting to get kicked in the shin today!” he said, laughing a bit as he stared at the short yellow-haired boy in front of him. He was surprised at how small he was actually, because wow...his kick had certainly hurt more than Shiro would expect a kick to hurt coming from a shorter boy such as this.
“Where did you learn to kick like that!?” he asked, laughing softly as he went to sit down on the grass. He had wanted to stop for a break soon anyway, maybe watch some people or the clouds go by gently. So now was as good a time as any to stop and take a rest. There would probably be a slight bruise.
The boy seemed rather distressed by the mistake and Shiro quickly raised a hand and waved it back and forth. “No, no! It’s fine, it was merely a mistake! Nothing to fret over!”
Yachi was actually rather surprised — no one told him a single thing about the green thing sitting on his head for a whole day?! There was an unexplainable feeling of pride and relief alike welling up in her chest — at least she was able to help him out! …Even if it was rather nerve-wrecking to go up to a stranger and tell them something like that.
❝ i’m glad that i could help! but… um, you went to class with a leaf on your head… and your professors didn’t tell you a thing about it..? ❞
Unless he was skipping class, of course — or if he was the type who cannot be noticed easily, but with his striking hair color, she supposed that the latter would not be a decent explanation for the situation at hand.
“Well actually,” he chuckled, rubbing his hair. “I didn’t end up making it to class,” he admitted. I spent a good deal of time napping and it was too comfortable for me to actually get up!” he laughed casually. “Maybe it was a bit careless of me, hopefully you won’t think too much less of me.” Somehow, Shiro was usually very talented at getting people to not judge him too harshly for his rather...poor life choices.
“I’m Isana Yashiro,” he smiled. “But you can just call me Shiro. I’ve never seen you around before. Are you from Sunrise?” he asked. Shiro usually spent a lot of his time people watching on the Sunset campus, so it was rare to see someone he hadn’t seen before.
“Thankfully not many people saw me like this. That would’ve been pretty embarrassing!” he laughed. Turning around he glanced over his shoulder. “There aren’t any in the back of my hair right?” he asked. “I was lying down for a long time so I guess it wouldn’t be surprising...”

He was grateful the moment he heard the gentle tone in the voice from above him. The moment he had felt his backside hit the pavement he had already felt his mind on overdrive conceiving every outcome of crashing into someone, with most of them hardly good. Tweek had come to learn through the years however that his tendency to jump to the worst case scenario of nearly every situation was usually wrong… Something he was thankful for in moments like this. The last thing he needed when he was already nervous, was an angry stranger.
Taking the hand offered to pull himself back to his feet, the blond quickly re-adjusted himself, dusting dirt from the back of his jeans as he just fidgeted with the hem of his shirt, shaking hands toying with the buttons that weren’t done up in the proper order.
“S-Sorry! I just thought I was late and was trying to get here without anyone trying to talk to me… Augh, it’s way too early to deal with that sort of thing, but of course I messed up anyways” He rambled, his mouth firing off before his brain had time to catch up to the fact that he was babbling useless paranoia to a complete stranger.
“Sorry! Y-You don’t care about any of that. D-Don’t worry. It wasn’t your fault I wasn’t looking! I’m not even late so I have no excuse, a-augh I’m really sorry!!”
Even with Shiro’s reassurance that it was really not a problem at all, the boy still seemed so flustered and skittish. Frowning gently, Shiro waved a hand up and down quickly. “You didn’t really mess up,” he said with a smile. “I’ve run into plenty of people and plenty of people have run into me in my lifetime...so um..don’t worry!” he said cheerily. Kind of strange advice, but Shiro didn’t wanna make the boy worry.
“And don’t worry about being late,” he chuckled softly. “I know from personal experience that they don’t actually care all that much if you’re late!” he smiled. Hoping the boy would feel less nervous hearing something like that. Shiro really did have plenty of personal experience not showing up on time.
“Really really,” Shiro urged. “It’s not a problem. Are you okay? Maybe you should sit down for a second? Catch your breath?” he offered. “If you’re not that late it might do you some good. You seem really really flustered,” he said, gently placing his hand on the boy’s shoulder.
Maybe he should’ve stopped talking to him so much, he had said that he had wanted to get to class without talking to people, so perhaps Shiro was just stressing him out more? “Ah...I’m sorry,” he bowed. “Or perhaps I could let you go on your way?”

Kuroh was expecting a rejection from the other for some reason. He was his friend, and perhaps they would go as just that, but deep down, Kuroh wanted the other to go with him as something meaning much more than a friend… He just didn’t want to admit that. One step at a time, right? His eyes remained nervously on the other as he felt his heartbeat race within his chest.
However, the next few words that escaped the other’s luscious lips were music to his ears. He accepted his request! Kuroh remained there silently for a moment, feeling a smile crawl upon his face as he heard such good news. He was going to spend this Valentine’s with someone he cared for in a romantic way, and this was just the setting they needed!
“Thank you for accepting… That is a relief to hear, I can assure you.” He said as he continued to speak to the other, a blush still plastered all over his face. “I must admit, this was rather nerve-wracking, but let us just move along now and prepare, yes?”
┊┊ 🐾 … 今活気のあるシルバーを照らします 🐾 ┊┊
Kuroh was so cute. Cuter than he realized, Shiro thought. He was so...happy the other had asked him to the dance. Though he wasn’t sure if he could consider this an official date or not...Shiro didn’t really mind. If Kuroh wanted to be casual about it, they could, but if he wanted to label it officially that would be fine too. It would be fun to spend Valentine’s Day with him, maybe even special.
“Well, did you really think I would say no?” he giggled, covering his mouth. “Of course I want to go with you! You could even say I was waiting for you to ask me!” He winked at the dark-haired male, wondering if Kuroh would be surprised by that.
“You were nervous, Kuroh?” Shiro smirked. Leaning towards him, he pressed a finger to Kuroh’s slightly red cheek. “Your face does look a little bit red,” he teased, his laugh echoing in the room. “You’re so quick to move on!” he pouted. “Especially after you were being so cute,” he smiled with a sigh. “What should we do to prepare?” he asked.

The walk to class really shouldn’t have been that bad. If he was being honest, the campus that early in the morning really could be stunning. The tall trees that lined the path he took bounced light across the open grass, morning air filled his lungs as he made his way down the path from the dorms, far earlier than needed as he always accounted for something going wrong at any given time….
But Tweek didn’t see more than what the quick glances up from his phone allowed him. Glimpses timed around the breaks in his game allowed him to keep from walking into any street signs or parked cars. His head was down, unkempt hair falling into his face to keep from being noticed by those who passed by, trying his best to just blend into the group and remain out of sight.
The blond did his best to tune out the world around him, a practiced talent he hadn’t quite mastered. The voices of yelling students, and whirring vehicles around him were attempting to be drown out as his focus lay solely on the screen in front of him, fingers moving across buttons as best they could with the continual shaking of over stimulated fingers.
With a heavy backpack on his shoulders, the blond had finally arrived at the halfway point, his usual stop for coffee. The travel mug he had tucked in the crook of his elbow was already empty between the dorm and where he’d made it to. Making his way up the front lawn should have been simple however, practiced avoidance of deterrents could only do so much when his path was cut off suddenly by another rushing student, causing the short blond to be unable to stop in time, crashing into the abrupt body.
The concrete under him was hard, and he immediately felt the sore spot in his backside as he let out a small groan. The weight of his bag had thrown off his balance and the crash was quick to send him to the ground. Though the moment the shock of the tumble had settled, a new panic rose in the caffeine addict’s chest, realizing that he’d just made himself anything but invisible, in fact he’d all but caused a scene. Shaking eyes slowly rose, peeking through the curtain of hair that he let hang in his face as he glanced at the student he’d crashed into, stumbled apologies already pooling off his lips.
“O-Oh god, I’m so sorry! Please, I’m sorry–”
Shiro was never really in a rush to get to class, or anywhere for that matter. If he was late, then he was late, so he never really understand when people seemed to rush around attempting to get places. He was much happier meandering around, taking his time to get to class, rather than rushing around. So as he normally was, he was casually making his way across the campus.
Shiro had felt the boy run into his back, but he hadn’t thought much of it. It wasn’t the first time someone had run into him, especially at school. People usually were on the go and Shiro tended to be a slower walker than most. So he didn’t really care when people bumped him or nudged him, unless of course, they were waking him up from a nap he had been looking forward to throughout the day.
“Ah...Don’t worry about it!” Shiro smiled. He was a little confused as to why the boy seemed so distressed. He had simply bumped into him, it wasn’t as though he had actually hurt Shiro on purpose! “There’s no need to apologize so nervously,” Shiro chuckled. “I mean it’s not like you really saw where you were going. It happens,” he said waving his hand casually.
He reached his hand out offering it to the other nervous male. “Are you alright?” he asked, holding his hand out to help him up. He was actually surprised to see he had fallen on the ground, he hadn’t felt like the other had run into him so hard, but apparently he had.
With an apologetic smile Shiro laughed again. “Actually I should probably be apologizing to you. I wasn’t walking very fast and I think maybe you probably ran into me cause I was walking far too slow,” he chuckled. “I sometimes forget that people try and get to class on time...” he muttered.
/ @casuallysilver /
Should she tell him? Sure, maybe she should. On the second thought, maybe she shouldn’t — what if he yells at her? But then again, she’s technically helping him if she does tell him, so… Ah, gosh, why is it so difficult for her to even decide if she should speak up about it or not?! It may be less awkward considering how she’s a complete stranger, but still…
Okay, okay, Yachi thought, she’s going to do this. She’s going to go up to the stranger with unusually white hair, and tell him about it. It’s for the better — definitely.
❝ uh… there’s a leaf… on your head… ❞
Blinking as the blonde-haired girl spoke to him, Shiro turned his eyes upwards, as though he could see the thing on top of his head. “Eh?!” he gasped.
It wasn’t really anything out of the ordinary. He was always lounging around the campus, sitting on the green, the roofs of the buildings or sometimes even sitting in trees, so having a leaf on his head was...actually quite normal. Laughing he reached his hand up and pulled the small piece of nature out of his silver locks.
“Thanks,” he smiled. “That’s pretty embarrassing, walking around with that on my head all day,” he chuckled.
┊┊ 🐾 無色の犬その … 🐾 ┊┊
He watched as the other tuned around the way that he did. This was something that was frequent between these two, especially since Kuroh was the one who cooked his meals. His hands were upon his hips as he stood there with an angry look upon his face, taking in the appearance of his crush the culprit.
“Did you hit your head on the way in here, Shiro? This is my class, I study here.”
Kuroh was merely angry that he was about to take the dish that was going to give him a grading today, and that meant that nothing was to be touched. His eyes closed as he allowed a sigh to escape his lips. Honestly, Shiro must be a black hole or something, always eating like this.
“You can have my bento instead, I can make myself something after my grading.” He said as he went in his bag and gave the other his bento box. “Make sure to return the box when you are done!”
┊┊ 🐾 … 今活気のあるシルバーを照らします 🐾 ┊┊
“...No...” he muttered softly, his lips curling into a pout. “I didn’t hit my head. I know this is where you study...” He trailed off, not wanting to say that the whole reason he had come here in the first place was he assumed Kuroh would have some delicious food just sitting around practically begging to be eaten by him.
He hated when Kuroh had that frustrated, angry look...but at the same time...he really had wanted to eat his food. It was always so delicious! And Shiro was hungry.
His eyes practically sparkled, taking the bento from Kuroh. “For me!?” he asked, though Kuroh hadn’t exactly said that. “Mmmm I love Kuroh’s meals the most,” he sighed happily, twirling around with the box in his hand.
“Thank you!” he smiled. “I always feel the most satisfied when I get to eat your food,” he chuckled. He opened the box, practically salivating at how good the assortment of food looked. “Mmm yay!”
“Reading is more of a past time thing for me. I’m actually a professional model. No joke. You’d probably recognized me in a few magazines and ads here an there” she says proudly. She wondered if he knew that already, she thinks he probably does but he doesn’t care either way. He knows now if anything. Misa liked being a model and was always proud to admit that she is one.
She smiles at him. “Oh history is a fun subject. That’s cool that its your major. I think taking a language might be fun too. I’m thinking of taking German or French. Maybe we could take a class together” she says happily. “Then we could help each other study and what not. It would be fun!” she says enthusiastically.
“Oh really?” he asked. “I actually don’t look at a lot of magazines,” he admitted. “But who knows, it’s possible I’ve seen you before. I mean I know I’ve seen you around campus before,” he smiled. “But that’s interesting that you enjoy modeling!” he said, taking a few more bites of his food. “So why didn’t you major in fashion or something like that?”
“And Yeah, maybe! I usually taking German classes actually,” he chuckled. “So if you ever need help...I’m very fluent.” He didn’t want to admit that when he did take language classes, it was usually to get an easy passing grade. “Never tried French. I don’t know if I could handle that accent,” he giggled softly.
There was a ball, and Kuroh had one person in mind to take. He Took a deep breath as he approached the silver-haired male, now knowing that there was one thing he needed to do. "Shiro..." He said as he attempted to hide the blush now forming on his face. "W-Will... you accompany me to the ball?"
Of course Shiro had known about the upcoming ball, however he wasn’t quite sure how Kuroh felt about it. Was that something the dark-haired male would be interested in participating in. Shiro himself wasn’t much of a dancer, but still, he had kind of been interested in seeing if Kuroh wanted to go.
But Kuroh answered the question for him, when Kuroh asked him to the ball in such a cute and genuine way. It was so Kuroh. Shiro could hear his heart pounding in his ears and his cheeks turned a soft red.
“O-Of course I will, Kuroh!” he said, a large smile appearing on his face. “In fact, I’d be honored to.” He bowed his head and reached forward, taking Kuroh’s hand in his own. “How nice of you to ask me!”

“What are you doing here, Shiro?”
Kuroh had prepared some food for his exam and had dished it out ready. Apparently, this was tempting someone who hardly had the willpower to resist this food, and was now stealing it and eating it- or at least attempting to. The black-haired male looked cross towards the other, ready to smack his hand away if he even dared try to touch the plate.
“That is not for you, so please refrain from touching it.”

Caught. Red-handed.
Shiro swallowed and slowly turned around, mouth wide as he saw a very angry looking Kuroh glaring at him. Smiling slowly, Shiro laughed awkwardly. “H-Hey...uh...K-Kuroh! What are you doing here!?” he asked, taking a slow step back from the food.
Ugh. He couldn’t believe the dark-haired boy had caught him. And the food looked so good, too! Actually, Shiro really loved anything Kuroh made. Sighing, he pouted and rubbed the back of his neck.
“Can’t I just try a little bit?” he whined.
“ great! ” he replied, smile growing. the other male was always fun to hang out with, considering the lighter haired male never seemed bothered to help out. one of the few he actually considered a good friend.
he gestured to his camera, before explaining. “ it’s for my film class, i need to get short clips of different students, with their permission of course, doing just random activities. ” he glanced around, trying to think of a good idea for a shot.
“Okay!” Shiro said rocking back and forth on his feet. “Hmm...Should we go around and ask people then?” he said glancing around the campus. “Does it have to be an activity they do at school or just any old thing?” Shiro was always impressed how much work Totsuka seemed to put into his films, the guy was passionate about it, that was for sure.
“OR! I could dress up differently and you can just film me doing different things.” He wasn’t sure if that would be noticeable or not, but it sounded fun to the silver-haired boy.
Misa giggles. She was happy when people approached her and wanted to talk to her. “Well I’m majoring in English actually” she says. It really wasn’t something she usually announces since she does have rep as a pretty girl model to uphold. She didn’t want people knowing that she isn’t majoring in fashion or acting as it might ruin her rep. However, this boy seemed nice and she doubted he really cared all that much about telling anyone about her major.
“How about you? What are you majoring in, Shiro?” she asks with a smile as she closes her book and fully pays attention to the boy. Misa was curious to this boy seeing as he did seem to take interest in her as well.
“Oh? English?” he smiled. “So you like reading a lot I guess?” He gestured to the book in front of her. Hearing she was an English major didn’t really surprise him. Being who she was, he was expecting something more dramatic...acting maybe? But that was all based on rumors...seeing how excited she got about the book, it made much more sense to him that she would be interested in that.
“I...am a history major!” he smiled proudly. “But actually, most of the classes are kind of boring...simply because I usually know most of the information,” he admitted. “But, that also makes it easy, so I guess I can’t complain!” he chuckled. “I might take some science and language classes for a challenge. Maybe.”
Ah, how nice that sun felt along her back. Rays of warm light poking through the branches and leaves of the tree Meulin currently stretched out in.
Her morning classes had finally come to an end, so she was free to do as she pleased for the rest of the afternoon. Though no one seemed keen on walking with her after class, she took no personal offense. People are busy, people have jobs– she needs to probably find a job soon enough. Never did the thought of her “shipping” habits come across as a problem in her mind.
Emerald hues lazily watch the passerbys, nails lightly scraping against the bark of the tree with no real intention besides unethical boredom. But her eye does catch the pretty shade of a crimson umbrella. …It’s not raining…? Was the sun too bright…? Meulin decides to try to get a better peek at this mysterious figure under the umbrella, leaning forward, putting more weight on the branch. Ah… she still can’t see–
SNAP!
The branch gives away under the raven, sending her to the ground with a heavy thud. “ Me-owww… ”
@casuallysilver
Walking back from class, Shiro twirled his red umbrella around, humming to himself. Actually, he was really impressed that he had made it to class on time for once and had paid attention for most of the time. Most being the keyword.
But now he was hungry, absolutely starving actually, so he had dashed out of class and headed towards the main dining hall. He didn’t even notice the girl in the tree until he heard the loud snap and saw her fall directly in front of him. He let out a sharp gasp, blinking as he saw her land. “W-Wha?!” Dashing towards the girl he tossed his umbrella on the ground kneeling beside her.
“A-Are you okay?!” he asked, offering a hand to her. He glanced up at the tree, it hadn’t seemed as though the fall was too bad...though he couldn’t quite tell the impact it would’ve had from just looking.
“Did you...say...Meow?” he asked, blinking slowly.
@casuallysilver
“ shiro! are you busy right now? ” the hobbiest called out, lightly jogging towards the light haired male with a smile. camera in hand, and bag over his shoulder. not a very strange sight, as tatara is often seen around campus with his camera. considering he might be considering a major in that area.
" could you possibly do a favor for me? i have a project in one of my photography classes that i could use your help with. “
“Me?” Shiro said, gesturing to himself. Unlike most, who often times knew to run in the other direction when Totsuka wanted help with something, Shiro really didn’t mind helping the other out. In fact, helping Totsuka usually meant Shiro didn’t have to worry about homework or class because he’d get so caught up in one of the boy’s strange hobby experiments.
“Sure!” he smiled and practically twirled over to the other. “I am not busy at all. What do you need help with? Actually I welcome the distraction.”
Misa was doing one of her favorite past time activities reading a romance novel. She was leaning on her arm on the table. She was happy with the bright day and that it was rather peaceful but also lively around her. She was a really into the book regardless. However, when she heard a voice she looks up to see a white haired boy peering down at her and smiling happily.
Misa was a bit shock to be approached so randomly but it was nice to know that she had gotten her attention. “Hi. Sure. I don’t mind. It’s a romance novel. One of my favorites” she says. “I’m Misa Amane by the way. What’s yours?”
Pulling out the lunch he had packed for the day, he took a seat, deciding this would be the perfect time to eat. “Ah romance hm?” he hummed happily. “How sweet!” He wasn’t much of a romance reader himself, but he could appreciate that there were people who really enjoyed that genre.
“I’m Isana Yashiro!” he smiled cheerfully, shoving a bit of food into his mouth. “But you can just call me Shiro. I think I’ve seen you around before but I haven’t had the chance to talk to you. Generally I like to talk to everyone at least once!” he smiled. “What are you majoring in?” Actually he was kind of surprised they’d never had a class together. Or maybe they had and he hadn’t noticed...
