AVERY, K.
Katherine made a move to help Greta to pick up the boxes as a reflex but she stopped and stood back up when she realised what she was doing. She would not help a muggleborn. How degrading would that be. She smoothed her robe, pretending nothing had happened. “Then why did you hit me ?” She frowned. She was confused. She could understand why Greta would want to hurt her considering their history. She was not entirely believing the accident explanation. “Well…well…well you should be.” Katherine tried to sound as assertive as she could.
“ Because.. I couldn’t see you around the boxes that I was carrying, “ Greta explained as if it were the simplest thing in the world. And it was. She didn’t understand how she was so quick to accuse her of purposefully wanting to ram right into her. Of course, she was hurt that their friendship had ended but Greta was far from being a violent person. She was far from being someone that would seek out to hurt someone just because she was hurt. “ I did say to watch out, “ She pointed out defensively crossing her arms over her chest. She didn’t want to be defensive, but Katherine’s insistence to not believe her made her as such. Her teeth clenched at the girl’s next words--they were honestly starting to make her regret giving an apology.
