Two badge designs I’ve done for future cons. They are Amortentia and Polyjuice potion from Harry Potter. I know for certain my friends like them and want me to do more of the potions so look out for them coming soon.

I feel like this fandom is a kid and Rowling is the mom, but instead of life she gave us HP 

First the fandom was a kid and Rowling was the flawless beloved mommy. Early in this fandom it was assumed Rowling could do no wrong, and they behave as if anything she said was God’s word. 

Now the fandom is an entitled “edgy” teenager, screaming “I hate you mom” and “ I wish you weren’t my mom” and “Mom doesn’t know shit was she is doing I obviously know better”. Part of the fandom is still stuck in the “kid” phase and keep claiming mommy can do no wrong. 

I’m looking foward to the dawn of the day when this fandom grows up and enter the “adult phase” and realize mommy was never perfect but she still did a lot for us. The books are not perfect. Rowling is not above criticism. And those book have issues. BUT she is still the one who gave us HP. We don’t know the characters better than she does. We have to be thankful to  her for giving us HP, but that doesn’t make her perfect or flawless.
