one of the books i’ll be reading this semester is L. P. Hartley’s ‘The Go-Between’. i like to read a book at least once before i properly study it (that way i can be more aware of things like foreshadowing and recurring motifs), so this is my first read-through - you can see my initial thoughts written in the margins!

i’m very grateful for this beautiful wooden table at my neighbour’s house, where i’m currently reading and babysitting, because it makes a great base for photos. before you keep scrolling, try to think of one thing you’re grateful for too.
