Heyyy gang- are we all gonna ignore that game theory just made a pretty exorsexist and transphobic video about among us or-?

Episode three orange states that the amongi are sexless beings, then the whole show all of the characters are referred to as nothing but they/them-

And then game theory goes and mainly focuses on the gender of the amongi- refers to the characters using he/him or she/her- and also used an intersex slur????

Its not a fucking theory- its literally canon!! You didnt need to look at a worm to figure out they probably dont have gender.

Im nonbinary, and intersex, and i identify as trans!! This is my and many others representation that gets stripped away every single time someone refers to the amongi as anything other than they/them. I get if English isnt your first language or if its just a slip up and you are trying to correct yourself. But if this is your head canon or you aren’t trying to correct yourself then i dont care. Erasure of nonbinary characters is still erasure, even if you keep them trans or partly enby.

I am not the most informed in this topic, and i know the intersex slur is also consider an official scientific term and was used in reference to a worm. But i can still recognize that its not ok- if anything it made me feel like shit personally, it made me feel like a worm…

I probably worded this like shit- and i know ill probably get hate for this. But i deserve to have representation too, dont i?

The whole video pissed me off as well, but i feel like this is the most important part to talk about.

If anyone is actually reading this, specifically my friends, here's a list of things I actually really do recommend and it's not just because I like these things

Rain World (RAIN WORLD!! It's survival, adventure, parkour, and pretty difficult ngl. BUT I LOVE IT!!! the story is amazing, there's so much lore, and the world doesn't even revolve around you, creatures fight and interact even before the player sees them. It makes the world feel so much more real. IT'S SO GOOD!!)

Anthology of the Killer (It's great, weird, and funny. Instead of you being the killer, or the person tracking down the killers to put them to justice, you play as BB, a college student zine writer. She frequently gets into weird situations trying to find something to write about. The characters are charming, the music is great, and the art is wonderful and unique.)

Mewgenics (PLEASEEE JUST HEAR ME OUT ON THIS ONE, the fighting mechanics are so fun, ability combos, status effects, the range of enemies, it all makes for an exciting game inside of adventures, and outside of them, it's still fun. The characters are great, I can guarantee you'll like at least one of them. It has an incredible OST, if that's not enough. I can't do this game justice by just talking about it.)
