Friends, it is really stinky water coming from under my kitchen sink, and I am not happy. So yeah, no comic this week, not sure about next but I'm hoping it will be fixed. On the up side, this will essentially align tumblr to tapas, so that will be easier to manage. (I could have done without the stinky water, though.)

So obviously I meant to say Thursday when I said it'd be late this week. ┐(‘～`;)┌ Also, all of Clover's lines are Shakespeare quotes because Clover is melodramatic af.

I may need to take next week off to try and make a buffer as well as take a bit of a mental health break. We'll see.

Yes, that's a new clock. Yes, it's a silhouette of Clover. Yes, that's a Van Gogh print. Yes, it will be brought up, eventually. Clover is under threat of pain of no food if anything should happen to it.

Hi there! Did you miss us? (Do you know us? Probably not.) Anyway, for those who do, we are finally back. New header, new format, new Minx, and still no idea what we're doing. But Minx speaks for all of us (and by us I mean me) as to what took so long.

New format means we're on weekly posts now. Just crossing my fingers my brain will cooperate. We'll see?

If art imitates life, can you guess what's going on with me? That's right, toothache. So yes, I unfortunately must delay until some time next week, which is really bumming me out because Minx's redesign is coming along, but now all I can do is groan and wait to see my dentist on the 10th. Please send good vibes that this can be fixed with little physical pain (and little wallet pain, too).

So I have to push back the relaunch to Thurs/Fri. Boo, responsibilities. In the meantime, here is the final (I think) redesign of Minx to tide over. From Manx to Maine Coon, Minx has gotten a lot fluffier. (It's all fluff and Minx is sticking to that story. Clover will disagree.)

Thanks for hanging with Minx and Clover so far. They and I will be taking a short break and prepping for a change in format and an actual (gasp) story. I haven't quite hammered all the details out, but considering how I jumped into this without much forethought, not going to let that stop me now. ┐(´∀｀)┌

As mentioned, Minx will get a rebooted design/breed, going from a Manx to a Maine Coon. (Clover would like to go on record as saying you cannot reboot perfection, and will remain as thus). I'm including a possible look under the cut, though I won't commit to saying it's the final design.

Tomorrow marks the end of CdwAM as a daily comic. I will be taking a short break after, then beginning next Wed/Thurs (I'm undecided) it switches to a weekly, loosely connected comic. Probably just slice of life for now. We'll see where things go.

I will tentatively try reaching for an audience by blazing the first few strips. Again, will see were it goes.

Minx and Clover will return, though Minx will definitely get a reboot. New breed and all that.
