When I use pomeranates in my art, It's usually to reference a complicated romantic relationship due to their symbolic connection to fertility and beauty as well as death and barrenness.
In this case, it's about Blue and T's relationship (that's why the can is blue lol).
The little label of "no kiwi" is indeed a reference to Pizza! To T, Pizza kinda represents the exact reason he can't have Blue; Pizza is the living proof that Blue is in love with someone else.
What he wants is Blue but without this "living proof", without this "fact". Blue, but he's NOT in love with someone else. Pomegranate, but without Kiwi.
