Netflix has revealed the 1st trailer for their Saint Seiya remake. Notable changes include Shun is now female, and Cassios is part of the Black Saints. They have also retained Legend of Sanctuary’s Cloth Summoning.

Saint Seiya Remake Update

According to CavZod, the Saint Seiya Remake that’s being produced by Netflix had its trailer showcased at CCXP this afternoon in São Paulo and:

- Apparently it draws inspiration from Legend of Sanctuary, with the saint’s cloths being stored in magical pendants

- It’s a children-oriented show, for a younger audience

- Andromeda Shun is now a female character

- Cassius is a Black Saint now

- The main bronze saints, Shunrei, Roshi and Pope Arles were shown at the trailer
