This guys, is Dean Thomas.

He was a member of Dumbledore’s Army, and when Umbridge began accusing Harry of lying, Dean defended him in front of the class. He also refused to take sides even when his best friend considered Harry to be a liar. When he was seventeen, an act against Muggle-borns was placed into action inside the Ministry. Considering the fact his father had left his Muggle mother when he was very young, he had no proof of Wizarding heritage. And so he had to take refuge in the woods to avoid Death Eaters. He was caught by Snatchers eventually, and forced to live in a dungeon in the Malfoy’s House for a few days. He was later rescued by Dobby, who was later killed. To repay the house elf, Dean Thomas helped Harry and Ron shovel out his grave even though he had never formally met the elf. Can we just take a second to appreciate his actions, that were very underappreciated in the movies.
