There is a difference between loving your body and just being so lazy that you try to make being obese seem fun. It’s not fun. It’s not cut. It can very much kill you and yes make your life terrible. You can be self confident and still want to change yourself for the better rather than stay unhealthy and continue to dig yourself an early grave.
