⦁ Imagine Ubbe protecting you while in battle
You have been in Ubbe's life for as long as you can remember, you grew up together, even were each other's first kiss. You have always loved Ubbe but never said anything to anyone. You were just Ubbe's best friend to everyone in Kattegat, you were Y/N close friend to the sons of Ragnar Lothbrok. Where ever the sons were, you were never far behind, you trained along side them and you were quite gifted with a sword and shield.
You grew into quite the shield maiden all thanks to the sons. There wasn't a challenge that you backed down from, you could take care and defend yourself pretty much against anyone. Hvisterk and Ubbe never made it easy on you because their motto was ' in battle death is death ' .
You shared your fair share of cuts and bruises throughout your years, but you also gave the boys some permanent reminders as well. There was even a few times you put Ubbe on his backside because he underestimated you. Ivar sure enjoyed when you kicked his older brother's ass.
Your first battle, you did very well. You struck down your enemy with ease, it's not like you weren't hurt in battle you were but that didn't stop or scare you from stopping what you loved doing. If anything it pushed you to become an even better warrior and when it came to take revenge for Ragnar Lothbrok's death you were more than willing to go into battle.
You were in the middle of the blood shed, christian warriors from every which way, swords and axe's clashing, the sound of bones cracking and war cries filled the air. Blood, guts and mud were flying every which way and when you tripped over a dead body, a cowardly man tried to strike you down when your shield and sword were knocked from your hands. When you realized that you might actually die in this moment, you accepted it and you knew that you would be heading to the gates of Valhalla soon. Before the blade could make contact with your chest, Ubbe stood in front of you blocking the strike. He killed the christian easily, he looked down at you and reached for you to get up and you did. You found your sword and picked it up, you looked at Ubbe and he to you, and soon you two were back to back striking down the enemy.
Soon the Saxon's were dead, and every Viking was cheering for our victory. You and Ubbe turned to one another and embraced each other in a hug, once you pulled apart he pulled you close to where your foreheads were touching. It was a rather meaningful moment, you've only ever seen Ubbe do this gesture with his brothers. You both pulled back slowly and looked into each other's eyes, his blue eyes looked different yet still very enchanting like they've always been.
He was looking over you, as if he has never seen you before. He has never seen you in this light before, the blood splattered your face beautifully and Y/C/E eyes seemed much more vibrant then before. Your perfectly plump lips sat on your face just magnificently, and when you licked them Ubbe felt his pant's grow tighter. He never realized just how stunning you were, you were a goddess and he was slightly confused at how he never noticed before. You looked at him, and moved closer just letting your body take over and soon you felt your lips crashing into his. He didn't pull away, instead he kissed you back.
It was like everyone around you disappeared, it was just you and Ubbe sharing this passionate kiss in the middle of a battle victory. Soon the both of you came back to reality when Hvisterk rushed over to the two of you. You all looked at each other not knowing exactly what to say, then Sigurd came and soon we were all cheering again.
You didn't know what to think, as Ubbe stared at you Floki and Bjorn signaled for us to follow.
We walked over to where Floki, Ivar and Bjorn had King Aella, as they beat and tortured him. We demanded him to tell us where he murdered Ragnar. He pointed which way to go, and as we tied his feet to Ivar's chariot we went in the direction he said. Most of the army went back to set up base camp, while the Sons of Ragnar, Floki, you and a few other warriors went to where King Aella said was the last place Ragnar was alive.
We stopped, they untied Aella and picked him up and Bjorn asked him if this was the place, as King Aella cowardly told him this was the place, they opened the pit where they dropped Ragnar.
As the sons of Ragnar, Floki and you gathered around the pit Ivar said;
"this is the place where they killed our father"
The boys' hearts sank at the thought of this being the last place their father took his last breath. Soon they decided to blood eagle Aella, Bjorn was the one to do it, as they hammered Aella's hands into the boards, he screamed but this was just the beginning.
You stood aside Floki and Ivar, as Bjorn, Hvisterk, Ubbe and Sigurd stood behind Aella. Ubbe passed Bjorn the red hot blade to start slicing Aella's back open, his screams were blood churning. Bjorn started hacking at Aella's back causing blood to spurt out every which way, hitting not only Bjorn's face but Ubbe and Hvisterk's as well. They smiled as the blood hit their faces, you could see the smiles that spread across their lips.
As Bjorn started breaking his bones, Ivar started to crawl up towards Aella, he watched as the light left his eyes. As Aella was lifted into the air on display for everyone to see, you stood beside Ubbe. All the sons of Ragnar were like in a trance, as if they could hear their father's last words;
"how the piggies will grunt when they hear how the old boar suffered"
You don't know how long you all were standing there watching Aella, hanging from the cross blood eagled. Ubbe gripped your hand, you were shocked at the sudden contact and looked down to your hands that were intertwined with his, then you slowly looked up to Ubbe who was looking at you. His eyes were glassy, but he gave you a small smirk. You didn't know how to react so you matched his gesture.
Back at base camp you found your tent, you started to take off your armor. It felt heavier then usual, you heard rustling and as your tent entrance flap was flipped open you grabbed your blade and held it to whoever’s throat that was invading your quarters without an invitation.
To your surprise it was Ubbe, he stopped the moment he felt the cold steel against his throat, he held up his hands in defeat and said;
That spike of adrenaline got your heart beating a million miles an hour and you said;
"what the hell Ubbe, don't you know its not nice to sneak up on people"
You removed the blade from Ubbe's throat and he gave you a low chuckle. You joined him and sat down on a stool that was closest to you. Ubbe looked around your tent and then you said as you put your blade back in its sheath;
" what you doing here, Ubbe? "
Ubbe licked his lips, and wiped his hand down his beard and said as he slowly walked over to your bed of furs;
" uh, just wanted to come and check on you. like i normally do "
You gave a small giggle and nodded your head because it was true, Ubbe did have a habit of checking on you a lot. He sat there looking at you and you at him then you said;
" Ubbe, about what happened .. on the battlefield "
Before you could finish what you were going to say Ubbe leaned into you and smashed his lips against yours. You were shocked yet you kissed him back and as your lips parted Ubbe said in a low lustful shaky voice;
" what were you going to say .. "
You smirked as you looked into his eyes and you bit you lower lip. As you grabbed the side of his face you said before you returned a very heated kiss;
Your lips collided and he gripped your waist pulling you to straddle him. You were now sitting on his lap, your body's were forging together Ubbe's hands were gripping your hips and your backside. You allowed access so Ubbe's tongue could dance with yours, you gripped his braid causing Ubbe to slightly growl and you started to kiss and nibble at the side of his neck. You could see Ubbe's eyes roll to the back of his head, soon he leaned back and you were now on top of him. Ubbe used his hands to guide your hips to start rotating, you could feel him through his trousers and things were getting rather heated.
Ubbe wasn't getting the friction he so desperately needed, so he flipped the two of you over to where he was on top of you. His hands were on either side of your head, he pulled up so he could look down at you and he watched you for a moment or two and you said in a very lustful tone;
" what? what are you staring at ? ”
Ubbe watched as you slowly licked your lips, and he bit his lower lip and answered;
" you are so beautiful, Y/N "
You giggled and pulled him back down to your lips, you wrapped your legs around his waist so you would be flushed together. He grunted at your aggression, soon he was pinning down your hips so you wouldn't move. He sat up, and ripped your tunic off of your body, you gasped as the cold air hit your skin causing your nipples to erect more. Ubbe watched as your body moved to the sudden exposure, you suddenly realize how exposed you were in front of Ubbe for the first time. You blushed and he noticed, he kissed you lovingly and slowly went down your neck, between the valley of your perfect breasts. Before he went further down, Ubbe caressed your breasts, kissed and sucked them each. Your woman hood became even more drenched as Ubbe was making you more excited.

He laid on top of you again smashing his lips to yours, you could taste yourself on his tongue. You tangled your legs in his, and managed to flip him over onto his back. You were now on top of him and said as you looked down at him;
That little devilish grin you presented to him, sent a jolt to his rock hard member he knew he was going to enjoy every single moment that you were going to give him. You looked at him, smiled and said;
Ubbe matched your smiled, he slowly moved closer to you and kissed you softly yet extremely passionately. Ubbe laid back and gestured for you to come and cuddle into him, you moved and soon you were cuddled into his side. Ubbe wrapped his strong arm around you, you intertwined your legs together and just laid there in silence. It was very comfortable, peaceful and you both soon drifted off to sleep wrapped in each others embrace.
