Okay guys, I have to work on a macquette, but since I have today off I’m willing to take some starters here, so mutuals may like for a starter!
Osteoglossum bicirrhosum - Austin Wintory (ABZÛ)
There's a book by Eric Carle about a ship carrying a bunch of rubber ducks accidentally spilling the rubber ducks into the ocean and their travels. It's based off a real shipping incident where a cargo boat did in fact loose some rubber ducks to the ocean and they're still out there to this day.
That duck has seen tragedy. That duck was separated from its brethren.Woe is the lonely rubber duck who has drifted far from its kin at the mercy of the ocean current, left to ride its waves against its will–
I left my dude at the surface for too long and this weird rubber duck showed up. It makes different quack noises that sound like….people.

Memories, That’s all I have left of you now.

I’m just sayin’ let Diver take someone to the ancient garden and city ruins where she can show off all her amazing prehistoric friends. I mean the elasmosaurus there is totally chill with her how cool would it be to ride an elasmosaurus--
Great White Shark [x]
Hi guys this blog is actually alive I’ve been watching Abzu videos lately and it turns out Diver isn’t the only one stranded in the middle of the ocean.

NOTICE: NEON’S SCHOOL SEMI-HIATUS
It’s almost that time of the year for me folks. My junior year of college starts up on August 29th, and this semester I will be back to taking three art studios. That being said, there’s a good chance I will be busy most of the week, with exceptions being during the evenings and weekends. Contrary to what I usually do, I will not be putting any of my active canons on full-hiatus. Chiro is still a pretty stable muse, and I have little concern that Diver will become too hard for me to manage either. However, all of my roleplay blogs, both canon and OC, will be put on semi-hiatus.I’m going to try and devote as much time as I can to my projects during the day, especially now that I will be living on campus this semester. Replies, starters, and asks will come slower across the board, especially on my canon blogs. There will probably be a few days where I’m not on them at all, depending on how many projects I have to work on. But once finals are over in December, I’ll be around and activity will be back to normal.

ACT: SWIM
Frisk’s young arms stretch high above them. Fingertips break free of the water as she spreads her arms out and floats docile as ever. The sun’s begin a long trek across the sky just hitting a high point. Pushed back towards her boat she plays with the bubbling foam. Their hand greets the wood of their boat and bare feet push off from the dingy.
She can stay under for a long time. It feels like something’s down there, something gorgeous. It wants to be explored. Seaweed looks like the emerald forests they rolled out of as an exceedingly tiny child.
Some propulsion’s gained from the push and she dives. On the land, on the surface, she’s not a graceful thing but beneath the waves Frisk can fly. In the sea the fish learn to soar and she copies them. Short crudely cut hair mimics the seaweed as the tide tenderly pushes them.
They spot something there. Just beyond their reach there’s something that’s waiting to be greeted. There’s something there that wants to be a friend. A small hand clutches one of the kelp stalks and they anchor themselves to the plant.
They can go further. They can see what’s there but for now they seem content to stay close to the surface and come up for air.
Gracefully, she moves alongside the current, body curving through the dreamlike realm like a seal flying through the arctic seas. This was her domain, and she, of all creatures that shared this seaweed garden as her home, wanted to know what had entered it. The current brings her closer. And through the spotty sunlight and the lulling sweeps of kelp she can make out the strange clothing on their body and their small size. Very swiftly, any thoughts, any hopes of finding another like her is vanquished. Now it is replaced with the questions of what it was. Two-leggeds are rare encounters. She has seen ones larger than her, with their massive carriers and their strange, cumbersome gear. They usually came with things on their backs that made them look less than graceful. No, most of them were never graceful. The water did not embrace them like it embraced her and they certainly didn’t embrace it like she did. Their massive gear made them look goofy, and clumsy. Clearly they were a race that were not adapted for this realm. But this one was different. As she swam around in a wide, encompassing circle, observing from the safety of the gap between them, she could quickly tell that young one at least had the respect to explore the seas despite her disadvantage. Diver still saw that the child did not carry with as much grace as her, but they embraced the ocean without gear on their back.
She was invested. The robot grows closer, and stops, letting the ocean right her. A single, high-pitched chirp sounds in greeting.

He’d been walking in Waterfall, his demeanor buoyant and energetic as usual. Undyne was going to “train” him, and he didn’t want to let her know that something was amiss. Even though he knew he wasn’t going to be in the Royal Guard wasn’t going to stop him from still trying. He knew that what Undyne was doing was for his sake, and thus, he was doubly excited for his cooking lesson. He was interrupted from his thoughts, however, when he heard a sudden chirp coming from the waters edge.
It wasn’t a monster he recognized, but that wasn’t unusual. He really didn’t come to Waterfall that often, and he didn’t know everyone in the Underground. Still, apparently this monster wanted his attention. Well, he had some time before he needed to meet up with Undyne, so why not? Walking over to the other, he sat down on the ground and said hello to this potential new friend!
*GREETINGS, FELLOW MONSTER! I DON’T BELIEVE WE HAVE MET! I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS, SOON-TO-BE ROYAL GUARD AND SPAGHETTI CHEF EXTRAORDINAIRE! WHAT IS YOUR NAME?
If anything was true about her, it was that it wasn’t hard to startle her. She had suffered the same familiar feeling when she witnessed one of her fellow drone companions be crushed by Spirit’s might before the two of became friends. She lets out a small ‘weee-ir,’ sound in her fright. Her shoulders hug her neck in response to the surprisingly enthusiastic voice. But, for what it was worth, it wasn’t hard to keep her invested either. She could only mimic a few words, but complex human speech and tones were beyond her capabilities. Thus, Diver proceeds to make a series of chirps, which sound less like birds and more accurately like her robotic self. “ Na...Naaaame? “ Her voice is slightly feminine, but riddled with static and robotic echoes and undertones that aren’t very human. She had a name once, but it was a name she no longer went by. Her past self was gone, and therefore, so should the name that represented it. ‘woa-wah,’ a low sound indicates her curiosity. She was more interested in one this creature was rather than what their name was. So Diver swims closer.

It wasn’t often that the selkie wandered out of her ocean home and donned her human skin. Still, sometimes it was nice to walk, and to have hands to hold things, and to wander the beach shore.
Niamh stayed close to the water that gently lapped against the sand. That was where the best seashells washed up, after all. However, something else caught her attention. Something that looked similar to her.
Blue eyes stared at the person–or creature, perhaps–that lingered in the shadows. Her head tilted to the side curiously when she realized the creature was also watching her.
Blurry memories of her past always resurfaced when she came across land, especially when she came across two-leggeds like herself. Their presence always gave her an impetus to investigate, and walk the land alongside them--as if to heed the call of her old roots. But she did not hold land close to her heart like a mother. It may have been where she was born, but she had been born for the ocean. Of course there was some hesitation in leaving its embrace; the lapping waves, and the dreamlike atmosphere which freed her from the weight of gravity and groundness that the two-legged plane did provide. The robot tilts her head, dark eyes alit with curiosity that made it seem almost purely human. Once she realizes that they had made eye contact and that the other was indeed watching her, she submerges until all that’s left bobbing above the waves is her helmet. A low chirp sounds, as if inquiring if it was safe to approach.
