ok I want to elaborate; first of all I think Strangelove's fixation with Joy would give her a general weakness to blondes; add that to the fact that, being so inspired by The Boss, I like to imagine that Eva sometimes speaks “with her voice”, if that makes sense. Also yeah Strangelove would absolutely turn into a mess upon meeting Eva let's be real.
Moving on, Strangelove was close close with The Boss. There's no confirmation on whether her feelings were reciprocated, but they were indeed important to each other, with how much she talks about them becoming “one and the same” but most importantly Joy sharing private aspects of herself with SL, along with her worries and regrets, all while caressing SL under the night sky. Like. I think it's clear they both had affection for the other, but a lot of people don't listen to PW's extra briefing files and genuinely think SL is a random who got delusional and obsessed with The Boss, so I NEEDED to add that I fear.
(Stuff like “She had feelings, I knew better than anyone else” also tells me they WERE a thing indeed, but moving on).
Now, seeing how she acts with Big Boss in PW too, I think SL would kinda go insane knowing that her Joy's true motives, the truth behind her final mission and death, her life story basically too, were all entrusted by Joy herself to a woman who, in SL's eyes, is a random who knew her for what, a week? Idk I see her SEETHING, she'd find it unfair.
She'd resent Eva as a result of jealousy, buuuttt isn't Eva also someone that could understand her feelings, at least on some level?
Eva would be interested in that aspect too, to talk to someone who knew The Boss for such a long time, so many years ago, in such a private way, and in the period where she had her epiphany about the world and humanity, which shaped her strongest feelings from then on, feelings that were fully HERS and not taught by the need to survive or the Philosophers.
I imagine Eva would try to appeal to whoever she's getting to know by instinct, even if SL is failing hard at being nonchalant, intentionally staring daggers at her while also starting to sweat and getting more and more red in the face.
Perhaps she'd be kinda annoyed with her attitude, but honestly she's above that, she'd have lots of fun teasing her imo.
The comparison with Ocelhira works better with a hypothetical PW Ocelhira, where Kaz has known Snake for 2-ish years alone, compared to Ocelot's 10 years that included John's most important life events.* Because of that, while I don't think he'd be particularly fixated on it, I see Ocelot having a prideful “poor bastard” image of Miller. “Oh yeah go on you're HisPartner™ alright, whatever you want to think, you surely know him like I do”(He thinks this while staring intensely at him from across a platform, because of disdain of course, no other reason). “Work more on your double-crossing game at least...”
*I'm not undermining Kaz and Bibos relationship, this paragraph is mostly through Ocelot's bias.
Since we're not talking about the 9 years of Ocelhira torture, Ocelot would probably just leave Kaz confused and kind of irritated; intrigued too, but he can't do much about it, as Ocelot shuts down most of his moves on him. Just wait a year and something and you'll be forced to coexist and support each other! how nice!
