art of jane & tracy from where is tracy maddison!! i cant believe the kickstarter was funded a whopping 99k, it was VERY deserved tho!!.. seriously one of the best things ive seen in ages.

the text is part of a poem i saw on pinterest (it didnt have anyone to credit, sorry!!!) and i thought it fit with these two really well

jane: because of how the town percieves jane, as an antisocial girl who is very unlikable, she (along with harry!) is looking for tracy, hoping to find her and in the meantime create a film about her and her disappearance. she is completely set on wanting to find tracy whether it be because of her gundog instincts and tracy being a hare, or maybe something deeper like a longing for someone to see her differently, and understand her, and maybe if she finds tracy then everyone else will like her. maybe if tracy sees her differently then everyone will aswell, but she has to find her first.

tracy: everyone knows tracy, but does anyone ACTUALLY KNOW her? if she's even still alive, maybe she wonders if she will ever return home, and if so will there be someone who sees her for her, rather than the dissapearance of her? if jane and harry find tracy, she might hope one of them will see her as a person, an induvidual, rather than some story that shocks the town, and finally she will be viewed differently than how everyone else has viewed her for her whole life.

oh so ur telling me it's been Them since the start. it's been misty and nat the day misty took off her mask in the pilot and pushed her broken glasses up on her face and smiled. not bc she found power in the hunt or pleasure in the kill, the way we were meant to believe all the way back in s1, but bc she was able to help nat get away w the radio and find rescue. this is where the unwavering devotion starts. its like. nat is crowned leader in s2. misty kneels. nat punches misty when she finds out abt the transponder (and keeps the secret for 25 years) and in the wake of it? misty still fucking kneels. i feel insane.
