I am ngl, it feels very boring to live a life without religion. But I can't force myself to believe in something false or something without evidence. The evolution of religious beliefs shows that religions are basically complex viewpoints of humans to make sense of the world around them. I think it is possible for supernatural forces to be real (or maybe they follow a different law of physics) but the idea of a God that monitors only humans' actions and has vague moral codes that need reform every few centuries makes no sense to me. And religions like Islam is even more weird in this regard. How much women show skin or every bit of their intention in public life are judged. I know that small mistakes do not land you in Jahannam but it is still concerning that they're judged at the first place. The text never recognises that women's actions and intentions are shaped by the patriarchal society and it is not their individual fault.

Enough yapping about this aspect of religion. I have a huge love for supernatural and surrealism but I like to explore them in fiction rather than in real life.
