ccminseok:
being trapped in a paper confinement for a seemingly endless amount of time had taken a great toll on many cards, countless of them having grown angry and resentful but for some reason, the opposite had always been true for minseok. instead, he had taken the time to reflect, critically assessed himself and concluded where exactly he had gone wrong. somewhere he had always known heād get another chance and in order to avoid the same mistakes heād have to admit his own wrong doings,Ā nothing was to be gained for blaming those pesky heroes. heād be smarter, better, stronger the second time around.
that, and he discovered that there was something endearing about those silly humans. he had grown rather fond of them.
but there was only so much a person could change.
so instead of tormenting many far and wide, he had changed to a more innocent version. one that only summoned a little confusion rather than the darkest horrors of mankindās minds.
it was almost a game of some sort, and no one knew how to play better than jinri. sure she wasnāt the most talkative companion but the two of them shared one very important trait, a yearning towards chaos.Ā
āiāveĀ got 12, youāre at 9 so far.ā he reminded her lightly, gaze still stuck on his last victim for a split second before letting his eyes flicker back to her.Ā āmaybe if you Ā paid a little more attention to the score you wouldnāt make it so easy for me to win.ā his words followed by a challenging wink before he comfortable leaned back against his chair.Ā āso tell me, what have you planned for your next move?ā
itās always amusing being with minseok. he understood her yearn for chaos and never judged her quietness ( unlike some ). she took a sip of her coffee, quirking an eyebrow at him as she let out a scoff.
ānow what if i want to let you win? maybe i just like seeing you happy.ā she playfully returned his wink. as competitive as she is, she let him slide every now and then, to keep that spark going. itās amusing how much youāre willing to do for someone you consider aĀ āfriendā
she stayed quiet for a bit, deciding what she should do best. āmake someone fall and eat shit. ā the bad thing with jinriās powers is sheās more of a physical user than a mental one, but that didnāt mean she couldnāt do magic with her powers. she tapped her feet a few times, glancing around for the right victim. it had to be a human. her eyes lit up seeing a busy woman strut down the sidewalk in high stilettos. itād be a shame if something caused her to fall down.Ā
jinri caused aĀ āpop!ā to go off near her feet, loud enough for the victim to hear, but not loud enough to draw a large crowd. a snicker escaped her lips as she watched the woman screech and topple over before landing flat onto the ground.Ā
ātimber. guess thatās 10 for me.ā
