Y/n had woken up late again but who can blame her. Girly works a 9-5 job, is up wayyy to early to be getting ready for work doing god knows what working out thats what sleeper build, and her free days are Friday to Sunday.
To Minerva and Jade's surprise though they didn't have to help get or prepare anything before leaving to practice. As Y/n had already gotten and prepared them the night before. Not so forgetful this time around Minerva thought slightly proud. All Y/n had to do in the meantime was to get dressed, check both pc's for any updates, wait for Megan to arrive, and to start stream.

The second the stream starts everyone in chat were kind of going crazy except one who had already called it last stream last week.

As the starting stream screen was transitioning to the camera you can slightly hear both girls whispering to each other as the mics are no longer muted. "Wait can I say it" Megan whispered "go for it" Y/n whispered back. "ELLOOOO" Megan yelled with excitement "SURPRISE!" Y/n shouted right after doing jazz hands just as excited. "This cutie patootie is our special guest today and we will be playing some valorant. All I have to say is if you have headphones on right now I'm truly sorry!" Y/n stated.
"Dont believe her she's lying she's not truly sorry WHAT? Crazy work I am truly sorry I swear! stop the cap Minerva" Y/n said already getting trolled by Minerva like always. "Oh boy this about to be a chaotic stream mm possibly" she muttered. "Megan I love you! I love you too!" Megan said.

"Mmm can we play swiftplay I haven't gotten to try it" Megan replied "Wait really??" Y/n said shocked. "Yeah I mostly get to play unrated and competitive when I play with friends" Megan said. "Ohhh gotcha gotcha, yeah we can play swifties" Y/n said as she loads up the game and instantly inviting Megan, switching the game mode to swiftplay, and clicks the play button.

During agent select Megan locks in Sage, Y/n locks in Iso, the three randoms lock in Omen, Reyna, and Neon. Pistal First round starts with Neon and Reyna A site, Omen B site, Y/n Iso and Megan Sage C site. On the map you can see Neon peeking A main and immediately getting one tapped, Reyna peeks trading Neon and backing up voicing they are all rushing A site. Y/n, Megan instantly rotate to A from C to help and hold down site while Omen places down both his smokes to slow the enemy down before he rotates to A from B. They win pistal round, Reyna with 2 kills, Y/n with 2 kills as well, and Megan getting the last. Round ends and the buy phase starts, Reyna forces up a vandal with light shield while everyone but neon get a spectre with regen shield, Neon gets a bucky instead.
"Y'all are about to get carried this game I mean wouldn't be mad about it pero it was only pistal round soooo you never know" Y/n said teasing the chatter.

It was the 5th round and the scoreboard was 3-2. They lost two very winnable rounds cause neon kept peeking or just running straight towards the enemy team and getting one tapped. Leaving it down to a 4 vs 5 for 2 rounds, Y/n was now fully locked in, one tapping enemies, getting 3ks and 4ks 3 kills and 4 kills back to back getting them the win.
"Damn seems like neon is either having a bad game or is a thrower yeah that could be it or just really bad timing" Y/n said trying to give neon benefit of the doubt, Megan agreeing with her.
The match ends 5-3 with Y/n being match MVP with 16 kills, 5 deaths, and 2 assists. Megan was right behind her with 10 kills, 4 deaths, and 8 asissts.

The girls end up playing three more matches and they were quite interesting. The first match the enemy team had two immortal players ending the match 0-5. The second match all you can hear from the girls was yelling, "I'M DEAD HERE IT WAS NICE KNOWING YOU", "AHHHH TWO ARE FLANKING", You want to play let's play "FUCK NOOOO", fire in the hole "AHHHH RUN AWAYYYYY". The third match was surprisingly tame ending the match 5-3 again, Y/n carrying with 14 kills 3 deaths and Megan right behind her with 9 kills 4 deaths 12 assists.
As they were going to queue up another match Megan gets a phone call. Y/n quickly mutes both mics and changes the screen to the be right back screen.

"Okay so we have just been told this cutie has to go soon for some meetings and stuff. Soooo we will be ending stream here, for those of you who are new thank you for joining us hopefully y'all had a blast! I try to stream almost every Friday. Summary: Before the stream had even started and Sakura's arrival it had already been a chaotic few hours for Y/n. Somehow sleeping through her alarm, losing her webcam, chargers, and grabbing the wrong drinks. But somehow with all the chaos the stream was up and running by the time Sakura arrived.

Y/n's alarm has been ringing for the past 30 minutes or so but no movement from her. Both Jade and Minerva have tried calling her incase her alarm didn't ring so she can still be able to get everything done on time.
After like the hundredth more like the twentieth call Y/n finally wakes up from her slumber picking up the phone. "Hello?" She mumbled "Fucking finally you're up we have been calling you for the past half hour" Minerva stated. "Oh shit I slept through my alarm thank you for the wake up call" Y/n said shocked now fully awake. "No problem! just make sure to get the drinks and snacks we told you about" Jade teased.
"Yeah yeah I'm not that forgetful" Y/n said feeling offended. All three knew Jade was stating the truth with how often Y/n forgets things.

Now that she has mostly everything ready and with half an hour to spare before Sakura arrives. Y/n decided to start stream early to not only share the news with her chat but to also tell them to behave even tho she didn’t really need to.

"Okayy I'm being told Ms Miyawaki must go soon. Soooo we'll end off here for today, I might stream again later today I don't know yet we shall see. If I don't end up streaming again I'll see y'all on Friday we'll be playing valorant with another special guest" Y/n said causing another freakout in chat.

Notes~ The setting for this is a mix of the show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Netflix's show Black Lightning. Daisy is Quake here pero it’s never brought up. The girls are confused as to why they have been called in while y/n is trying to piece things together without having any sort of information yet.
Minerva’s voice cuts through the awkward tension in the room as she addresses the team. “Bannerman, Laforteza, Avanzini, Raj, Skiendiel, Jeung, and L/n, the seven of you have been assigned to rescue a Shield team, Coulson’s team to be exact. The last intel shield received from them before losing contact with them was their plane being hacked and redirected to an abandoned facility.” she stated with a serious tone.
All y/n could think of was FUCK the main reason I previously left Coulson’s team was because my powers started acting up and couldn’t find out the reason why. And since I didn’t want to become the new lab rat for Shield. I left and joined Jade and Minerva as they also have their own team and powers.
Jade then steps forward to outline the plan and layout of the facility to everyone “Laforteza, Avanzini, Raj, and Jeung, you four are assigned to the Main floor. There will be eight guards patrolling the area: two stationed to the west of the entrance point, two positioned to the east, and four gathered in a room monitoring the cameras northwest of the entrance. As y’all are neutralizing them, Skiendiel your responsibility is to disable both the security system and power before they get detected. Once Skiendiel has disabled the system Avanzini retreat back to the van and park it in position. Laforteza, Raj, and Jeung you three will proceed to the basement to group up with Bannerman and L/n.” Jade explained ensuring they understand their roles.
Now turning her focus to Manon and Y/n “Once the systems down, Avanzini’s retreat and Laforteza, Raj, and Jeung have regrouped with the two of you. Y’all will face six guards patrolling the area along with two scientists. Four guards will be stationed directly in front of the cells where Coulson’s team and the scientists are being held captive in ensuring constant surveillance, while another guard is posted at the southeast staircase and the last one at the northwest staircase. Neutralize them, locate the intel Hydra gathered, escort Coulson’s team and the scientists back to the hideout, ensure everyone’s safe and undetected on the return.”

Two days later Kayla informed Y/n that Coulson’s team will be relocated to a different Hydra facility in three days. This prompted them to inform the Kats and that same night they will execute the plan not wanting to waste any more time and lose the shield agents to Hydra.

The night air was heavy with tension as the team quietly navigated through the thick forest toward the facility moving as a unit with their objective set firmly in their minds: enter the facility, neutralize hostile targets, rescue the captured agents and scientists, and exit.
However, the presence of Hydra’s shadow looms over the operation. Those familiar with Hydra’s notorious tactics understood that what appeared to be a straightforward mission could easily become a deadly trap. Despite the feeling, the team remained vigilant, fully aware that danger could be lurking around every corner.

Close by, Manon advanced with unwavering purpose, dispatching the guards in her way with a display of sheer, thunderous power. Her actions were swift and precise, each move echoing the relentless force of a gathering storm. The synergy between Manon's thunderous might and Y/n's lightning abilities were unmistakable.
Together their coordinated efforts rendered them nearly unstoppable, their strengths complementing each other as they moved seamlessly through the chaos. In perfect harmony, they pressed forward two forces of nature united as one.
But something was wrong, Hydra had anticipated their presence. The moment the last guard hit the ground the lights flickered, and the alarms began to blare throughout the building, their cover was blown. Somehow Hydra was able to override Megan’s code.
“Skiendiel!” the team shouted over the coms panic and frustration in their voices. “I’m on it! I’ll re disable the system as fast as I can, but y’all need to hurry you’ve got five minutes till more guards show up!” Megan responded in a slight panic.
Without hesitation the team raced toward the cells where the captured scientists and agents were held. The tense atmosphere grew even more intense when suddenly hidden Hydra agents emerged from the shadows, attempting to stump their progress.
Despite the ambush, Lara and Yoonchae remained undeterred. Their skills shone through as they skillfully eliminated as many Hydra agents as possible, their movements swift and silent, ensuring the path remained clear for the rest of the team.
Meanwhile, Y/n charged ahead, clearing the way for their teammates with rapid lightning strikes. Their powers cut through the opposition, creating a safe path for the rest of the group to reach the trapped agents and scientists without delay.
Outside, Daniela waited in the getaway van, poised for a quick extraction. She maintained a constant watch for any signs of trouble, ensuring she was ready to depart the instant the team, and the rescued scientists and agents were safely on board. Every second was precious as the operation neared its most critical moment...

While in the van Manon found herself next to Y/n once more. The tension in the air was palpable as the aftermath of their recent confrontation with Hydra lingered around them. Manon glanced over at Y/n, concern etched across her face.
"Are you okay?" she asked, her voice quieter than usual, the chaos of the mission momentarily fading into the background.
Y/n nodded, but the weight of the mission and something more hung between them. There was an unspoken understanding, a shared burden that could not be ignored. The battle wasn’t over and the storm inside them had only just begun hinting at deeper emotions and unresolved feelings as they prepared to press forward together.
