After several months of wear and abuse, the leather has become even more extreme and beautiful.

Dead-End long blazer in a cotton and wool blend fabric. Near black in color. Overlock stitches with fully taped seams. Exposed shoulder structure and full canvassing.
Carol Christian Poell FE-MALE X-light jacket dress | Atelier NY
“Carol Christian Poell’s FE-MALE collection extends his oeuvre by marrying feminine tailoring with strict technical experimentation. This proposal is the X-Light Sleeveless Jacket Dress. Constructed from a single piece of material, the seam work is a called a “dead-end”, an enclosure without an exit; the seams are chain-stitched and sealed with fabric tape, exposing the structural execution of the garment. The yarn has been coated with minuscule particles of glass crystal that reflects light, and the woven material is finished with a fortified fringe at the hem.”
