How I felt when I wore an Niqab for the first time.

Wearing a Niqab ( better known as jilbab or burqa) truly makes me feel much more confident and LIBERATED , because i am adorning whatever i want to. You might not believe me but when people look at me ,they do it with respect . The entire myth about our fathers and brothers forcing us to wear it so not true ,its by our choice and if some men do force it on their female family members IT IS AN ACT COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN in our religion . So those type of men clearly do not know islam .

There more Pros than Cons to Jilbaab:

I will mention few Pros-

¶ I dont have to waste too much time in selecting dresses or doing make up while going out

¶ I can wear pyjamas and walk in malls

¶ No men have ever teased or harassed me while I adorned my beautiful Jilbaab

¶ People respect me & address me as“Madam” & make space for me while walking in a crowd.

¶ People can judge me by my intellect. I display my faith & not by my body although I am not perfect

¶Lastly & importantly,I feel blessed & privileged that I fulfil ALLAH'S command as He ordered us in the Qur'aan & I m a walking example of that verse.

Although I am a stranger;I am a representative of Islam .

Follow Your Dream - Allah is Patient

A follower of my blog sent me a message about their desire to become a sissy muslimah, a desire that seems impossible because of their present circumstances.

My advice is to focus on the desire that is in your heart. I don't want to compromise your privacy, since you've share some very intimate information about your circumstances, but there are ways you can make progress towards your goal.

It appears that you are able to combine some of your present circumstances (being a submissive sissy maid to a dominant female partner), with some characteristics of the Muslim faith. She seems open to it. Discuss those things with her.
