What will they and will they not tw?

on instagram i will not tw food in my story (however on tumbler i will place a food tw if a topic mentions food)

i will not trigger warning mention of bugs or stories on insta of bugs unless i believe they look like less of a friendly buggo

i will not tw my feelings, i don’t believe that by me feeling icky or sad that i should trigger warning that for others. i understand why some would need it, but for my mental health it is not something i want to do when in a bad headspace.

i will not talk about personal feelings of depression, for trigger and personal reasons.

i may talk about depression + anxiety in a genersl way of giving advice to littles who may be struggling with it while regressed, in this case i will place a tw at the beginning of the thread

Lets talk about regression block

🍄 what is regression block?

regression block is when an age regressor / non com regressor is having difficulty regressing and is unable to regress.

🐾 i know this can be scary, but let me help!

by understand why and what it is the daunting block can be less spooky! heres some steps you can do to make it less scary.

understand that its normal

make sure you know that its okay that youre not able to regress

dont try to make yourself regress

allow yourself the space you need away from regression and its activities

understand there is no “supposed tos”, each persons regression is different and so is the way they deal with their blockages.

i know its worrying and you may think you’ll never regress again, but i promise you, you will.

🧺 i took a break from regression because i wasnt able to get into the mindset myself. its very important you dont force it, you dont want to make regression your into something that is stressful or irritating. its equally important that you do also take needed breaks.

🧦 know that you are safe, and you will be able to regress again. give your body some time to figure itself out and i promise you, it’ll all come back when you need it <3

theres nothing better than a baby bear on the hunt for some sweet berries or pretty flowers to show their special person! ( dont eat any wild berries though kiddo unless you’re positive they are safe )

🐾 take your cub out and go find some pretty flowers, maybe acorns, sticks, fish in a pond, frogs, etc! cubbies thrive in nature

cubs who like water 🧺

baby bears love swimming! is how they’re taught to catch their fishies! and how they play with their sibbies and big bears. teeny cubbies might like swimming too! go to a swimming lake with your cub!

🐾 if your kiddo doesnt have a lake or pool available bath time is a great substitute pond! add bubbles and toys! try not to splash too much, little one.

little bears who like climbing! 🌳

climbing can be dangerous so be careful you dont get any owwies! but climbing trees, rocks, hills etc can be a really fun activity for some cubbies.

🐾 bring bandaids for scrapped knees and hand scratches just incase!

🐾 make sure you know the plants you should not touch!

picnic bears! 🌼

set up a picnic playdate for your cub! bring lots of snacks, berries, goldfish or sweetish fishies, + anything your teeny likes to munch on! picnics are a perfect cub activity <3

i want a play tent so bad. the cute little pop up ones that have all the lace and pretty colors and inside its the perfect Castle for any knight, prince, or princess. 🧃

-🧺 being able to decorate it with someone close to you (a cg, sibby, baby sitter)

🐾 setting up each stuffy so theyre sitting just right.

🐾 fluffing up the floor with soft blankets and pillows

smalls without regression gear 🐾 🧺

alot of smalls cannot get gear for their regression,

🩹 maybe because they cant order things because they still live at home with bio parents, or maybe youre too shy to go buy something for being small at your local grocery store.

whatever your case dont worry! heres some things that discrete tinys can use as gear! ☁️

1. Gatorade with the squeeze top as a sippy!

🍼 its a good alternative to buying actually sippys if you’re worried about what other people might say or if someone looks through your packages. no one will look or think twice if you’re just buying gatorade.

plus : you can rinse it out afterwards and fill it with your drink of choice if you choose! 🐑

2. Johnson’s bath and lotions

🧴 now i know what youre thinking, but trust me no one will question you if youre buying Johnson’s bubble bath, baby lotion, or baby oil. johnson’s bubble bath is super fun and comes in different colored bottles that make my brain go brrr smol brain. i also like to put on the baby oil after i shave my legs cause the smell makes me feel tiny 🧺

3. fuzzy socks

fuzzy socks! omg they save lives. finding a cute pair of fuzzy socks has to be one of the best feelings. they can be holiday themed, season themed, and so many more. and whos gonna second guess socks? they can come in cute colors that make you feel teeny or even in a print that you find cute. plus they’re comfy! 🧦

careful not to slip if you have hardwood floors though kiddo!

4. soft blankets

now i dont know if you have a home-goods near you, but let me tell you, the amount of super cute soft blankets that make me feel small there is crazy! they come in all sorts of patterns, puppy paws, holiday/seasonal prints, dear print, you name it! and so soft and cozy. of course if you dont have a home-goods im sure theres a store near you with some cuddly blankies. ☁️

5. bubbles!

pop pop pop! 🫧

what can be better than blowing or popping bubbles?! /rt bubbles can be for big kids and kiddos! no ones gonna judge you for buying a tube of bubbles. who doesnt like bubbles??

6. snacks!

heres a list of snacks that make me feel small:

gummies, fruit snacks, juice boxes, cheddar bunnies, dinosaur egg oatmeal, anything off the kids menu, apples, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, dinosaur nuggies etc!

🧸 theres many more things that can be used for discrete regression, but hopefully this sparked your imagination or inspiration little bit! remember kiddos, you are valid, you are loved, and you are special 🧃

little getting ready for bed ☁️

the small kiddo yawns and rubs their eyes, refusing to tell you that they are, in fact, tired. when you tell them its time to get ready for bed, they get alittle grumpy. they might even stomp their heavy and tired foot in protest. but you know they want to go to bed. you smile and remind them that you too, need to get ready to go to sleep.

“will you help *me* brush my teeth and get ready for bed then, kiddo?” you ask, in a soft coo.

your kiddo nods and tries to hide another yawn. you pick them up and walk then into the bathroom. you make up a silly game so that both of your nightly routines dont seem like a daunting chore anymore.

youre in their room now all ready for bed and you tuck your small in, sitting on the side of their bed.

“thank you for helping me, bubba, you did so good getting all ready for nini time” you waited for a response, but in return all you can hear is soft sounds of slow, calm breathing. maybe a few snores freckled in every so often. you smile to yourself and lean down to kiss the top of their head

To All smalls without a cg

~ you don’t need a sibby or a cg if you don’t want one or cant find one

i know it may seam hard sometimes to not have a big to watch over you, but heres some things you can do without a cg to feel small!

do some coloring! maybe you can find a coloring book of your favorite cartoon (mines bluey)

coloring with crayons makes me feel even smaller! you dont have to worry about it looking perfect, crayons are messy and thats okay! even the smell of the crayon box helps me slip into headspace <3

make a playlist of all your favorite little songs!

it can be from your favorite movies! or just songs that make you feel small! you can even put a pretty cover picture of your stuffy or something that makes you feel small on the playlist!

this one is one of my favorites! i love to take my stuffies outside and pose them for a perfect photoshoot. i have them go on little adventures in my backyard, they can watch the sunset, play in the birdbath (its dry! /j ), sit next to the fountain and more!

agere journals

im a huge advocate for age regression journals. i dont have many people to tell about all my special adventures when im small, so i tell it to my journal!

you can get pretty stickers, tape, colored pencils, pens, crayons, anything! and make it your own.

between entrys i like to make spreads with drawings. some examples of spreads that i’ve made are: stuffy introductions, about my pacis, sticker chart for every time i brush my teeth! etc. its a great reminder for self care and a great outlet for all things agere.

remember, your regression is valid with a cg or without one. i hope this is helpful little ones! 🧺✨
