She had OWL exams the following week and she was reviewing some notes she’d taken earlier and reading as many books as she could possibly handle. She stood up and bent down slightly to grab her book bag and rest it atop the long table. She grabbed her wand and started muttering incantations she’d learned from her Charms professor, Filius Flitwick.

10 minutes later

“Miss Hart”, he spoke, “would you mind packing your things and leaving? The library is closing in less than five minutes.”

Headmaster Dippet finished his daily speech and the students made to leave the hall immediately. Serenity was sure everyone wanted to pay attention now, because of exams and all.

She told him she could speak to him because she knew she had a free period and so did he.
“Hello Miss Hart, I just wanted to tell you that in order for you to have a successful academic career, you must try to at least contain your thoughts and pay attention to what your teachers are saying,” he mused.
