Idk if other people feel the same but sometimes I gotts remind myself that I‘m allowed to like toys and cartoons and pacis all the time. Like yes, I age regress and I like those things when I‘m little but I also like them when big! And that‘s fine! Liking toys is cool! I don‘t have to be little to play toys, I can play toys whenever I want!

Seeing more and more posts from non-agere blogs that mention age regression in a casual way is so encouraging. I really hope age regression continues to be normalized and better understood by the general public

was causally talking about mental health with my freind and he was like “i think age regression is totally valid and it’s a healthy coping mechanism” and he’s not in the Agere community nor knows that I am but hearing that so casually was like :D it is a healthy coping mechanism and it’s totally okay and should be normalized and I’m glad that slowly the stigma behind it is being erased.

Also there were some videos on TikTok or Instagram of someone making fun of Agere and the comments were all telling the creator to take it down, not even just 100 comments no like 2.7k comments.

Mental health matters, and I’m glad there’s a better understanding of age regression nowadays and people don’t just see it as the “weird unspoken thing” like say 5 years ago.

I honestly have always wanted to join the Agere community but I was just so scared of being perceived and with the hate I was so so afraid but with the rise in support even from non Agere communities and seeing ppl acc know what it is and not being weird about it so cool!!

It also helps more ppl lookin for healthy coping mechanisms find Agere and see if it might help them, I know it’s helped me through a lot A LOT, and I know people struggle with coping mechanisms and Agere is one of the best healthy mechanisms that is widely recognized by therapists.

Anyways enough of this rant, I hope more ppl understand what Agere is and I know it’s helped me a ton. Once you find the right ppl it really is just such a safe community, and a safe place 4 ppl trying to cope.
