Happy Valentines Day, spiderlings. To all of the Ahrimas (you are alone) and Nidrias (your lover destroyed all of the lamps and was banished) and Anhuras and Adakias…es (your lover was stabbed to death by a sibling or was kidnapped by a crazy cat-obsessed doctor, respectively).

And to those of you (like ol’ Sangara) who are alone today romance-wise, love others. You never need an excuse to love people, but it is a holiday about love that doesn’t necessarily have to be couple-exclusive. There are all types of love. Just don’t love like Doctor Dumaya loves. That’s the wrong kind of love.

So I have been neglecting my tumblr and my fanfics for a while but for good reason. 

Since December, 2016 I have been working on a local production of Razia’s Shadow: A Musical. 

We started rehearsals in May and it has literally been my life. 

And it’s amazing. 

I have wanted to do this show since 2008, and the fact it’s happening is a literal dream come true. 

On top of that, I have been named Theater Director for a local non-profit arts program. 

I am starting this insane crazy journey that has been a dream of mine since I was 12 years old and It’s so unreal and amazing and I have never been happier. 

I can’t promise any updates in the near future, but I hope you understand.

No one was able to see anything in color until the day Ahrima illuminated the world with his lamps, which is why he viewed them as such a magnificent accomplishment. After he broke most of them, portions of the world were left in black and white (especially in The Dark, which retained almost no color).
