She is so Hot while she eats and grows more fat every day!
Where are the cuties who want to mutually gain weight and tease each other with our fat bodies?
Like where are the dom feeders who also want to gain a ton of weight. Like please sit on my face after feeding me and chug your weight gain shakes. Let me feel you getting heavier as I rub your belly and thighs and your 💕fat ass💕 as you indulge.
(If you hadn’t noticed I’ve got a bit of a thing for butts that’s really starting to show itself. 🫣 maybe dm me about it?)
You Are Fucking Fat
Warning: contains female feedee degradation and fat shaming
A feeder demeans their growing female feedee for letting themselves get massive. If you like responding to voice prompts, wait till the end 😈
Strechmarks and Thigh Rolls
A quick free form audio inspired by a great posy of @thefatstruggle, one of my biggest tumblr crushes 😍
A feeder talks about some of the signs they saw of their feedee getting bigger and heavier.
Just a Fat Sow
Your feeder knows you like getting bigger. They also know you like being reminded of how far you have come. A Female feedee get lightly degraded and teased by their feeder. @sourrcreamm for the post pic.
every pound leaves you a little slower, a little lazier. less extraneous movement and more snacking in front of a screen. tipping the scales, so to speak, into permanent changes.
Weight gain guide
Weight Gain Guide
Before I get into this guide, please make sure to take everything I said with a grain of salt. The ease of weight gain is not the same for everyone, so your results may vary. I am just making a guide based on what I know and have seen. I am not a dietitian. I am just someone with too much time on my hands.
Food
When it comes to weight gain, there are many different food options to choose from. I am going to focus on some examples of what you should be looking for if you want to gain weight. Research into how people gain weight is always changing, but currently, sugar and fat are one of the main components. Of course, overall calorie consumption is as well, but I will get into that later in the guide.
FAT
From my own personal research, saturated fats have been linked to heart disease, which correlates with weight gain. I want to emphasize that fat in general is not bad for you. Food like nuts have fat(unsaturated) and is used in many healthy diets to lose weight. Saturated fats are what I am talking about in the following examples. These examples of high-fat food are burgers, sausage, ice cream(depends), chips, and chocolate. There are many many more, but these are just some of the few I can think of that are also available almost everywhere.
Sugar
Unlike fat, I won’t be linking articles about sugar and how it leads to weight gain. Even though research has changed through the years about its correlation to weight gain, it has been shown many times that it does lead to an increase in weight gain. I will mention that you won’t gain weight by just eating fruit, despite its sugar content. Research has shown, unsurprisingly, that eating more fruit does lead to weight loss. Examples of food high in sugar are, chocolate (again), most baked goods (cake, pie, doughnuts), candy, and soda.
Artificial Sweeteners
This will be a smaller section, but research into if artificial sweeteners lead to weight gain is still ongoing. You can find articles that show that they do and do not lead to it. However, it seems that if there is weight loss from artificial sweeteners, it comes with other issues. They have been linked to increased appetite, craving for sugar, and not being effective at weight loss in general. I am unsure if using these sweeteners is a smart idea to help gain weight, but it might work if you used them together with food/drinks high in sugar.
Calories
Research about calorie consumption is something else I won’t be linking. Unless there has been a massive discovery, weight gain is normally linked to consuming more calories than are burned. I say normally because thyroidal issues can lead to people struggling to gain or lose weight. For most people though, it is hard to lose weight if you are constantly bombarding your body with calories while reducing the amount you move every day. Many of the foods that are high in sugar and fat are also high in calories. A specific example is processed meats like spam. A very simple way of getting more calories and fat into your diet is with butter. A simple google search will show you that 1tbsp of butter is 102 calories. Depending on your body, age, gender, and ect you should be eating between 1,600-2,400 calories on average to maintain your weight. Adding butter adds more calories without making you eat more food than you may be able to.
Weight gain in other ways
There are a lot of things that link to weight gain, so I want to mention them. Most of these aren’t controllable, but it may be helpful for people who are confused about why it has gotten harder to gain weight recently. I am only linking 3 articles because each of these things has its library of research to search through. Anyways, lack of sleep, stress, eating too much salt/being dehydrated, and your menstrual cycle can all lead to an increase in weight gain.
The Satiety Index List
What is the satiety index list? It is a list of food, compared to white bread, that makes you feel satisfied after eating it. This relates to weight gain because eating food that makes you feel most satisfied will decrease your desire to eat again. I will be linking the list to look at in detail, but, the higher the percentage, the more satisfied you will feel compared to white bread. Unsurprisingly, many snacks are lower on the list. I did not get to mention this before, but snacking between meals is a good way to gain weight. Of course, if you find yourself unable to eat a lot, giving yourself smaller but higher calorie, sugar, and fat meals will be helpful.
Random facts
These are just some random stuff I know that can be helpful. 1 bottle of coke has 240 calories and 65g of added sugar. This is 130% of your daily recommended sugar in 1 bottle. A McDonald big mac only has 550 calories, but their Double Quarter Pounder with cheese has 740. Their large fries have 490 calories. Cheesecake depends, but 1 slice can have 401 calories and 28 grams of fat. Ramen has 188 calories, but 891mg of salt(this is a lot). If numbers are confusing, just eat whatever has the highest % of sugar and fat.
This is the end. Thank you for reading this, and I hope it can help.

i’m taking the words “fetish” and “kink” away from the internet until you people learn what sexual attraction is
objectification too like it's called "objectification" because the subject of someone's sexual desire is being treated as an object with no desires of their own. there's nothing wrong with thinking a person is sexy as long as you don't forget they're a person. holy shit people
Think you could take a break from chugging dicks and answer me?
I’m sorry I can’t hear u over all the dickz I’m chugging
i laughed so hard i snorted, this is comedy gold
The adhd modes of food
1. You ate that burger so fast. You ate that burger so fucking fast and now the whole Red Robin is staring at you god what the fuck
2. You started eating like a normal person, but then you started talking or daydreaming and now the waitress is handing you the check but you’ve still got half a plate of cold fettuccine
3. You were going to go out to eat, but then you saw a video in your YouTube recommendation that drew you towards it like moth to a flame, and now it’s 10 pm and you’ve got an empty bag of tortilla chips in your hand and shame in your heart
4. Mac And Cheese
5. You got engrossed in a project, suddenly you feel like you’re going to die, or faint, or both? Oh. you’re hungry.
6. You’re hungry. But every food you can think of sounds disgusting. Time for your 15th day of lunchables for breakfast in a row.
7. The food you’ve been obsessively eating for the past 2 weeks and you relied on is now the grossest thing you could put in your mouth
i just couldn't help myself 🥵🐷
Here you are 100 pounds heavier, you literally are another person, not just physically, but mentally too.
You used to know what restraint was, now, you are only guided by your own hunger.
You smell something delicious and you don't give a second thought, you have to eat it.
Stairs weren't your enemy, now, they make q mess of you, sweating and panting.
You should be mortified by what you've become but instead you are looking for the next 100 pounds. Keep going, succumb to it, grow, keep growing, never stop the flow of food into your gullet, be the fat pig you are destined to be.
I think we should talk more about how amazing it feels to not just get bigger, but to feel yourself becoming heavier. and not just in the way your scale might tell you, but in the way of lifting your belly up and noticing it gets harder every time. playing with your belly and feeling the pounds you packed on with your hands. walking around and noticing how much heavier your belly rests over your pants, how the jiggling has changed. getting up and feeling how much heavier your gut is, how it's weighing you down more and more.
lifting your belly after overeating and feeling the incredible amount of food you just packed in. being so stuffed that your belly pulls you forwards, stuffing yourself so full that your center of gravity changes. having to stand with an arched back to accomodate the heaviness of your full belly. stuffing yourself on pasta with creamy sauce, feeling the food settle in your belly, feeling the heaviness it adds.
idk, I just never really thought about all the ways I can feel getting heavier and now that I notice it I can't stop thinking about it. it feels so good and it's so indescribable...

BASIC THEORY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How does a person gain weight? In theory, whenever your calories IN are more numerous than your calories OUT, you will see weight gain. My personal belief is this gain is compounding, as weight increase generally means activity decrease, thus being easier to continue to gain weight over time as much as your BMR will be directly impacted by your gain (more calories needed to sustain/maintain higher weight). For someone who is accidentally or unintentionally gaining, this usually looks like <500 calories more than their required BMR in a day. 500cal+BMR/BMR would in theory result in 1lb of weight gain in a week (52 weeks in a year = 52lbs). For someone who is intentionally gaining, it isn’t unheard of for someone eating a surplus of 1500-3500cal a day to see 1lbs a day (1500-3500+BMR/BMR a day = 3-7lbs a week) or 150lbs-374lbs in a year (both numbers are dramatically noticeable gains if you are hoping to do so in secret). With the help of an online encourager (and from my personal experience) you can expect to see upwards of 5-20lbs in a month gaining, while those with in person feeders often see more aggressive results. Use any of the above calculators to get your BMR as a base line - and the Prokerela calculator if you have a target date for your weight gains (ex: if you were 180lbs today and wanted to weigh 400lbs in 18 months) and it will provide you your approximate necessary caloric intake to get you to said weight by the date.
TECHNIQUES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Overview: Additional tips and tricks, methods - some old “wives tales” and other unproven sentiments.
1. Don’t drink water before or during meals. Water is a necessity, but we hear about using water as a substitute for other drinks & drinking between bites as a means to lose weight, not gain. Drink (homo) milk instead.
2. Stop drinking 1-2% or skim milk! (160 calories versus 40-75 per serving)
3. Use creamer (10%+) instead of milk in cereal.
4. Eat more often! Despite the “benefits” of gaining to be had from putting “your body into starvation mode”, this isn’t healthy nor is it a viable option in the long run.
5. Use bigger plates & fill them!
6. Weigh yourself & keep logs of calories in & out, as well as weight !
7. If you are having a hard time because you have a fast metabolism, or have a natural inclination to be athletic/muscular - double, triple, or quadruple your current food intake !
8. Intermittent fasting can be beneficial, however try to limit food intake to hours in a day versus staggered days of eating & not eating - 12PM-8PM for example, or 12PM-12AM.
9. Nuts & carbs are your best friend.
10. peanuts, cashews, and olive oil - yogurt, fruit pies and granola bars are all healthy fatty snacks as well
11. (Stolen from Wikihow) Eat late at night. Without even upping your food intake, changing your eating times can facilitate the weight gaining process. Have a big dinner late at night and after that? Pile on dessert. A recent study shows that people who snack after 8 p.m. have higher body mass indexes (BMIs) than people who don’t nosh at night, even though they don’t eat significantly more total daily calories
12. Eat fast food.
13. Buy snacks you love, and buy them in bulk on sale (check flipp app for coupons/flyers, go to Costco etc.)
14. Eat meal replacement snacks as a second snack or between meals.
15. Grazing can be a good maintenance trick for people trying to rewire their brains to lose weight, but consistently eating (making sure you have a snack in your hand or within your arms reach) for 10-12 hours a day is a surefire way to put on weight.
16. Use desjardin breakfast drinks, ensure, k brand, or other stir-in meal replacements in your milk on top of your meal.
17. High fat foods and high protein foods will be a major help.
18. Limit your physical activity ! Fuck walking, drive. Fuck taking the stairs, be lazy !
19. Make friends in your community that also enjoy gaining weight, or feeding - hell, even make some plus size friends who love to go out and eat- the power of having friends around who also want to snack all the time is lucrative !
20. Weight gain shakes, protein bars, etc.

god i love rapid weight gain so much like
eating tons and tons of food, but rather than getting full, weight just gets added to your figure. soon those 6 or so helpings have added several hundred pounds to your body. the chair creaks and threatens to break under your now enormous behind, your clothes rip and pop as soft flesh pushes through, your belly pressing into the table, your pudgy fingers reaching for more food still to shove into your mouth, surrounded by chubby cheeks and multiple chins as you continue to grow
or eating one little bit of food that causes you to balloon out within seconds, your once less-than-200-pound self becoming nearly 5 times that size and unable to move, belly pooling out in front of you, chest pushing up into your multiple chins and pudgy cheeks rendering you unable to even turn your head, your arms sticking out to your sides because there’s too much fat around them to put them down straight, your ass and hips wider than the couch, and one of your thighs larger than you were when this all started. completely immobile, surrounded by your own fat, and now you’re absolutely starving
or putting on a shirt far larger than your actual size, only to grow to fit into it, and then some more, until the seams are whining and it rests tight across your chest and barely comes down to your belly button. now, you can’t even reach the front of your belly with your own hands, and your gut still doesn’t seem to be done growing
or even having a spell cast upon you where every step you take puts another pound on your body. you hardly notice it at first, but soon your pants feel tight, and your shirt keeps brushing against your belly in a way that you’re not used to. soon, the shirt is skin tight across your enlarged belly, and your pants could hardly be called pants anymore what with how the seams have split almost everywhere and the button popped to make way for your gut and fat pad long ago. you know how people say you should take 10,000 steps a day? well, you can’t even make it to 1,000 before you have to sit your fat ass down and take a breath, only to find you can no longer stand up
Good afternoon
literally man of my dreams, look at this future fatty blob
