He can only offer her a comforting hug and perhaps a chocolate.
She'll take that hug, but she didn't need the chocolate. He can have it.

So today's swim was a bit colorful. She had spent a lot of her time near the coral reef. The fish there was so playful and happy. And she did get a bit caught among all the plant life. Picking the seaweed and other shells she may have accidentally caught in her hair, the female hummed a song to herself.
Pats on head repeatedly. It’ll be okay.
She had thought she was going to get eaten too. Her poor fishy friends.
She had accidentally walked into a fish market today. It was horrifying!

Perhaps the only nearby living soul would be a horrendous water horse — having been cursed with an eternal gluttony. Although the shore was indeed hers, she did have claim the town’s lake as her other territory; and whoever crossed into her acclaimed area would definitely be her possession — regardless of whatever was it. And of course, she couldn’t help but to witness such a thing falling from the sky; and it intrigued her to see whatever was it that had happened to fall into her lake. A frown settled on her face. A person — she sensed it was a living being that had fell from the sky. She stood by the lake’s edge, hands resting on both hips. “How dare you falling into my lake. But no matter. I will forgive you if you willingly be my dinner for the night”
The first thing she should do is find her siblings. A lot of them had made their way back to Earth even though they were suppose to stay in space. Once she found them, she would feel a bit better. Head turning as she moved in the lake, the fish took in the Earth. It's been a couple of centuries since she had last been on Earth ground. She looked down at the water lapping up her feet and the edges of her skirt. Smiling softly, she wiggled her toes, completely content with standing there to simply feel warmth again. Swimming the galaxy had been a cold affair.
Jumping from the sudden harsh tone, the youngest zodiac turned her eyes to an impressive, cold woman. Instantly, the fish felt very apprehensive and small. She even shrunk on herself at the words. She didn't want to be eaten, as it was a big fear of hers. Squeaking out some, Pice finally said, "I--...um, d-don't want...to be eaten. I'm sorry..."

— ”So, what you’re telling me is that the fact that black holes suck even light doesn’t scare you?” A pause coming from her. “You’re weird.”
"U-um...um..." the quiet female persisted, "but they're really beautiful...and fun when they twirl round and round...like a whirlpool."
Shhh, she’s also Pisces’ older sister as well; thus, Virgo always must take it upon herself to look out for her siblings.
Well, she look after her siblings too! She may be the youngest, but she could do something...maybe.

|| ♒ || Being the second youngest of the dozen, Aquarius rarely had any chance to act more as an older sibling and was often the one being taken care of by his brothers and sisters. But with the addition of Pisces in the family, he was glad to have his position changed as he had always wanted to be a doting big brother. And upon catching a glimpse of the said youngest Zodiac, Aquarius smiled at her as he approached her and embraced her.
Currently, Pisces was doing what she could about the penguin situation. She was told she couldn't own a penguin, unfortunately. It was too bad. She had just saw the cutest show about penguins and she immediately would like to have one as friends. But average animals couldn't do what the constellations did. So she did the next best thing. She imagined that a penguin was there with her. It followed her, listen to her. It could even fly. So were the thoughts of the youngest zodiac until they were interrupted by her brother suddenly embracing her. She let out a squeal of surprise before hugging him back on instinct.
"… Penguins have to be free."
"...! But I can teach it to not eat fish and it can fly in the sky with me...and one day I'll paint it...so it won't be just black and white...I'll take good care of it."
"I....want a...penguin..."
