Don’t put such a bright expression on my face for my birthday, what will people think of me? I have an image to keep! Not like I’m smiling wide or anything…  You and I, we both cannot affort to be sugar mommy and daddy but do not worry, exquisite people llke us will find rich old ones to marry. Because I would be so angry at myself for being late here. Too many birthdays in July plus hectic work isn’t a good combination….! But here I am wishing you a lovely and happy birthday, Hara !! Is it vacation time already for you? I really hope so. You deserve a good rest for a few weeks and then, do your best in your internship. Oh well. I’m pretty sure you’ll excel at it. 

People always will talk but do ignore ignorant and foolish comments about your persona and continue do your thing. I have yet to get to know you better, soon, but you are completely amazing. So many good qualities you have and a strong temper. I like that. 

Here wishing you a happy birthday again and wishing for us to get to know each other better.

I’m sure you must have plenty of sketchpads by now but I once heard from someone that sketchpads are never enough for an artist and I do want to see your wonderful houses and buildings design. And for you to do that task, please do take care when you are outside drawing antique buildings this summer wearing this fabulous hat.

You’re not late at all! 

You’re actually 100 years too early because I had no idea someone else would wish me happy birthday this year! Knowing Mai-san remembered is already a great gift to me.  It’s never truly vacations for me as I work aside from classes but I don’t mind, summer is a good thing to me already. As for my internship, I told you about it?? I hope everything will go flawlessly.. I really want to make a strong impression. Is it okay if I ask you advices about my outfit for my first day? Mai-san is the one who should get some rest, you always work too much!

Thank you for those words. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I never cared about what people say but sometimes it happen to matter, you know.  Some days are darker than others. Your words are a real inspiration here, I will keep all of them in mind as a source of motivation and I think Mai-san is the amazing one. 

You even got me gifts, I don’t know how to express how grateful I am …! I will cherish those sketchpads and I will try to draw my bestest work on them. I will sure show them to you, you can count on that. As for the summer hat, it’s such a nice one, you can be sure I will wear it all summer, I have suitable dresses!

It wasn’t entirely the stranger’s fault, Hara carrying that mountain of books had to bump into someone at some point, she could barely see where she was heading. Where is Kogami when I need him - was the thought  she had when she walked out the bookstore struggling more than ever. The books flew and all of them were now on the sidewalk. “It’s also my fault, I should have-“ A sentence she interrupted because the girl already was bent, picking up the books, tugging her long hair behind her ear. “ ..
