I do get what you mean. And in some ideal sense I do agree with you. Yeah, the joke is sociopathic. Yeah, investing in this kind of filth is sociopathic. Yeah, it's a generalization and we all know that. Yeah, some men also keep their hands as clean as possible (notice how it's rarely men who have actual power?), and yeah, some women display gleeful levels of pointless cruelty. But yeah, it's also mostly women who really care about social justice.

And they barely did anything. Gaza is still a ruin. Urban warfare, the worst type of warfare imaginable, is still going on in there. Civilians are still dying. Boycotting Starbucks, protesting, donating… all of that does something, but something very diffuse and ultimately small. The people who can actually stop this crime against everything good in the universe are people who have power.

And women are, on average, so kind they mostly exclude themselves from acquiring power. Because those with power usually show a certain level of strategic sociopathy. It's not fair and just, but the world is under no obligation to be fair and just to us.

i think wanting power in a world where this is what power requires is a stupid thing to want and religious texts are right in that asceticism is the way to true peace. i would rather be middle of the road, well off because i worked for myself in ethical means but not excessively wealthy, than be jeff bezos or adjacent. what is the point in power in this world? you get to the top, then what? you have control and influence to change the world and you wont, because of like you said the encouragement of sociopathy. people with power can only be morally corrupt, and the more you go, the more corrupt, youre correct. you sink your teeth further in and surround yourself with epsteins. all that to have riches in your coffin, but this world is temporary. i would rather have a moral conscience, a fulfilled soul than material power. but i am an infj. im not as perfect as the sjws i know who are strict boycotters, because i do give in to those thoughts that it doesnt make a huge difference, but it still weighs on my conscience to do so, because i would rather not support it at all, even if its .001 cents of a contribution

i do think it is a sign of lack of thought capacity to choose material wealth over soul wealth, not caring displays not thinking deeply enough about the world
