I started death note and I like the concept and I don't necessarily mind Light being a bumbling idiot because, yeah, that's his character, he has thought nothing of this through and has no real understanding of how the world and crime works and follows a very juvenile logic, my problem is that the writing treats him as a genius and his plots, that should in no world work, work out because the writing thinks he's smart

I am kind of having fun watching it but I can only watch a bit at a time because the internal logic is so bad
