i find myself rushing far too often and it makes me anxious. do you feel uncomfortable in your own skin? i’ve been trying to figure out why that is. some people don’t like their own reflection bouncing off of the mirror, some of have scars that we’ll never show people and that’s never something to be ashamed of. i know there’s always a few things we’ll take to the grave, but do regrets go well with where we’ll bury our bones? i don’t mean to be too straightforward with you, but if life could have designed you to be any prettier then i’m certain we’ve met before. far too much star shine in your eyes to meet with mine, my sweetheart likes to be tender when it’s cold out, the rain makes me miss your smile and i’ve been trying to find my way back home, won’t you keep the fireplace in your chest warm enough for two until i’m right next to you? i know i’m not always in the best mood, but you’ve always been just enough for me.
