Felps first meets Cellbit in a public park. They’re close to the same age, he thinks. Ages have always been a little difficult for him to grasp, even without the darkness of the night confusing things. But while he can’t properly figure out the guy’s age, he can at least see the splattering of… something covering his hands, and clothes. And he’s inclined to call the something blood, considering the guy immediately brandishes a knife when his eyes lock onto Felps.
