The blog has been quiet for a few weeks because your blog mistress had an adventure in Stratford. Met these two gracious gentleman(and Ger’s wife Claire) and saw them both in Stratfest productions. (Ger in Hamlet and The Physicists + Nigel in Oedipus Rex and She Stoops to Conquer).

Pretty amazing time all around. On my previous trip to Stratford this year I also had the insane luck to see Nigel step in as an understudy for Diary of Anne Frank, where he played Mr. Frank because Joseph Ziegler was ill. (He nailed it of course).

Normal blog activity will resume in about a week.

Dreaming of the Sun

Inspired by the sun painting Nick is working on in season one (correct me if I’m wrong). I’ve tried to work in a light, yellow-based palette. Quite unusual for the dark tone of the show.

Forever Knight fans might be interested to know that Nigel Bennett showed up in yesterdays episode of 'The Strain' (season 2 episode 2 "By Any Means"). Now I dont know what his future in the show will be, but judging by how the episode ended, it looks like he might be back again. Maybe. I will keep an eye on it.
