Hok!sheo animation, first scene is in the beginning of the game while the hero is trapped in prison, the scene transitions (🏳️⚧️ happy pride month) to the hero’s reaction to Martin becoming the avatar of akatosh. Cut to the hero having entered the shivering isles to fill the hole left by martins absence, he holds up the ring of lordship, proving it’s too late for him to go back. A hand grasps his shoulder, sheogorath. Cut again to the hero sitting on sheogoraths throne, as he lifts his head his hair takes on a twisted curly appearance. The final scene is a close up of sheogorath, his usual smiles slowly sinks into a frown as he lets out a single tear, no matter how far he runs he can’t outrun the past.
The hok in this video is drawn more masculine presenting however now I try to draw them as neutrally as possible so you can put your character in their shoes.
This is an old animation I never finished because of some unexpected events that transpired close to the end of its completion. However I always want to finish it and although it doesn’t reflect my art anymore I felt like I owed it to myself for all the hours I put in to finally complete my vision. Do I still love it as much as I did when I was drawing it? no, but I’m proud I was able to represent my original idea the way I wanted it to be seen.

totk has gotten me into a Zelda mood. that lead me to rereading the twilight princes manga and it reminded me how depressing the hero of times story is.
i'll probably post some of my hero of shade sketches too but i want them to look presentable first. that's why i don't post to often, if the art isn't up to my standards i don't want it on the internet, and most of the time it takes me a while to create art i like, so my uploads are pretty random. that inconsistency means i don't get a whole lot of notes but i hope that the people who do see my art enjoy it, because i do, but when i see that no one interacts i wonder if i'm there only one.
i still see the original getting reblogged every so often, even though i posted it half a year ago. it's been bothering me, because when i posted that original drawing i wasn't happy with it, but i didn't have to means to recreate the image i had in my head. i told myself when i developed my art skill enough i would come back to it, and now i have. maybe in another six months this version won't be representative of my art, but atleast this time i like it.
