Designer 16 mm Film Projector, c. 1933 built by Aage Laurits Nissen, Workshop Foreman at the C. M. Cohr Silverware Factory, Fredericia, Denmark. A dual-claw film projector designed for 16 mm film reels of up to 120 meters, complete with motor and crafted entirely from silver-plated nickel silver. This unique piece features a hinged E27 lamp socket with 3-axis adjustment; all switches and components are original to the 1930s. An Overheated Chemical Tank is sprayed with Cooling Water GKN Aerospace Transparency Systems, Garden Grove, California The tank contained 6,000 to 7,000 gallons of highly flammable methyl methacrylate and forced the evacuation of 50,000 local residents.
