tinkerbell huffed as she made her way along the path of a forest. she had a coffee cup in hand, an essential start to her morning walks — she hadn’t realized how much she needed it until she had tried it. nevertheless, her breathing was slightly audible as she ascended the trail. the fairy stopped at the bench she had constructed, only to sit down and exhale. ❝ this whole thing’s stupid. i don’t know why i can’t just leave. ❞
what started as a simple walk through the woods turned into a minor disaster as steve ran into a bench and blonde he could’ve sworn weren’t there the last time he looked. ❝ ow. ❞ he winced rubbing his shin, before recalling her words. ❝ wait, does that mean you’ve tried to leave ?? because i was actually wondering about that myself, ❞ steve mused. he didn’t have a desire to head back to hawkins, however, the memories of a double life and the fact he’d somehow jumped forward in time were freaking him out a bit. this sounded like a bad take of that back to the future movie robin tried to explain to him.
